Good story and great prose. Like some others I wish we could've gotten to their alliance a little earlier, but that's neither here nor there. I thought the ending felt good, but the dialogue felt contrived and unnatural. Good ideas though and a very expandable narrative should you decide to continue it sometime.

This was fun, I wish we had less of the fight with Arrow and then been able to get more of the Gecko and Arrow. The idea of the Saurains being a wise old race is something I cling to so seeing that they were able to identify this weakness in the HDF and then converting the oppressed is a good plot for these two races.

Smarter than the average gecko. Interesting ending. The boom booms failing to go off made this story even more of an easy sell. I liked the ending a lot.

I enjoyed the fist battle scene. It would be nice to add more breaks within the paragraphs

I like the idea of a military group rebelling against authority and working with the people they were oppressing. I wish you had gotten to that idea a little sooner, so we could see the effects of that alliance.

Unfortunately, it feels like your prose got in the way of the story you're trying to tell. Having just two long paragraphs left the whole thing feeling rushed, and you really could have done with a quick check for typos.

Thanks for submitting! I hope to read something from you again next time
