Description
An electronic/ambient track made in FL Studio for a platform puzzle game with 8-bit art, serving as the background for a level in which time is revealed to have a greater role in the game
Message from the artist:
When I started thinking on the three dots on the theme, the more I felt they also represented both the theme, the picture and time itself. No matter if we think everything is predictable, we can never know what's beyong the three dots until we get there...
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
It represents the passage of time, having a constant but minimal percussion to represent the secons passing while the song slowly evolves, sometimes into predictable patterns, others in different ways, to convey how influence and omnipotent time is in our lives, but still acts as a background element than as an protagonist.

I like how the music develops throughout the entire track, even when prats repeat themselves, it helps to make the entire thing interesting, and puts it in a much more prominent place than just background music for a level - it's a piece of music that accompanies a level, but stands on it's own and makes sure your'e paying attention to it.
Two tiny complaints i have - one is that the tick tock (i'm not sure if it's a snare or a sample of a clock, but you know what i'm talking about) is bit too loud. I got used to it, but i think you could've made it 0.5-1 dBs quieter and it would've been still prominent but not overpowering.
The other complaint is just that i think this track could've used one part that's bit more lively and busy. I know that the entire track is pretty "sadder" and mellow, but if you did something like what you did at 1:44, where you stacked different existing parts along with some new ones, again, would've helped with keeping the attention of the listener by developing in more ways than just harmonically and melodically.
Both of my complaints aren't really that big (even though i wrote a lot lol), and i honestly liked this submission a bunch. Overall, this is pretty nice, so good job!
I like the sounds you used, especially in that stretch from 1:44 to 2:08, the song feels a lot fuller here. I think the way the song seems to wander is a nice representation of the unpredictability of time. The ticking is a little harsh in my headphones, though. Nice work :)
Nice atmosphere you created here. The unpredictability gives the track an almost generative feel, like the music is writing itself and we're just along for the ride. Good job!
Nice ambient, almost sounds like an IDM track, but fits in the video game genre as well. Nice work!
