Message from the artist
This track is for a Berzerk clone.
The player runs through randomly-generated symmetrical mazes avoiding walls, enemy fire and the enemies themselves.
If the player takes too long to blast the enemies an invincible floating diamond named Evil Gnol enters the maze. The player must exit the maze to avoid him!
The track is almost identical backwards and forwards. The drum hits sound like croaking frogs in reverse. Oops.
Difficulty
Make a piece that has the same musical notes both forwards and backwards but doesn’t have to be an identical recording.

I love old school sounds
You did a really good job.
Really nice work, it's cool to see alternative software in these jams and you nailed challenge B perfectly.
Super interesting and unique track! Great work!
Wow, this is some really great chiptune! Very authentic sounding, I assume because of the software. I really like the theming too! This was a nice listen!
Long live evil Gnol
From the picture I gather that this was probably made in a program I am unfamiliar with since it looks like you manually wrote in what notes play when and that is really neat!
I also like the story you made for the song!
Looking at the waveform I assumed it was attempting to be the super challenge but you said in your description that the drums didn't work out but I still respect going for the higher tier challenge!
Good job!
Thanks. I used Pico-8 to make the music and a couple of 'screenshots.'
