Yeah, this definitely has that diorama feel. The building is well-executed, and it's amazing how you managed to put so much personality and life into the characters on the street with so few pixels, and the time period is instantly recognizable.

I saw this on Twitter and gasped. As if the building wasn't already impressive on its own, the little planes with people (in different angles too! nice touch!) really are the cherry on top.

Agree with Mandy, the building piece itself is already fantastic but the scene comes to life from the addition of the civilian sprites, love it!
It is fascinating to see how the addition of the people towards the end of the jam really enhanced the aesthetic of what was already a great design.
Those columns really seem to pop off of the model. Very charming diorama.
