This is my first game and my first game jam. Thanks for the encouragement! Thanks for taking the time to check this out. I don't know what I am doing but I had a good time.

Thank you for playing!

I think you should continue working on this game as it could be really fun. It has much potential for adding lots of mechanics and combos to vary the gameplay. I think a mouse-follow control could maybe work even better than the WASD controls here.

Really well done on your first game!

Nice first game, i really like the main character he looks so goofy. I would like to say that the movement system was really confusing to use and after i got how it worked it seemed like everything just dose the same thing so i would like to see some more verity in movement mechanics. also i could go outside of camera view and wouldn't know where i  am which was annoying.

Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! I thought I fixed the out of bounds issue, but it sounds like there is some more bug hunting to do.

Cool game! I would love to be able to attack in different directions, also throwing was pretty OP, you could pretty much just dash back and forth as fast as possible, its also way easier to move that way (at least horizontally).
Pretty cool game though! You should be proud of it for sure! Great job!

Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! I will play around when the throwing mechanic a bit to make it more balanced (pun intended).

I would put some time into fleshing out the GDD if you can, it seems like there's a lot of potential for explanation of the game.

Bonus points: your sounds are mixed at a reasonable level! It's not too loud! thank you!

Initial gameplay is a bit shaky, I was able to phase through the ground accidentally by spam clicking. Perhaps add a timer to prevent attacking more than once per half-second or so.

You're right on the GDD! I will keep working on that.  I think a cool down for attacking makes sense and I think I know how to implement that. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

Its a nice little game, i beat normal and hard mode with a few attempts. The throwing is op, i uesd it the most even in hard mode. That whoosh sound was great, but didnt stop playing even after the axe died. Anyway great job for your first game and game jam. :D
