Group 7:

I really like look of the game. The double jump is a bit extreme. My only suggestion at this time is to make the double jump less extreme. Also, the box being destroyed by the spikes is weird. It would be nice if you could put the box on the spikes and jump on the box to get to other spots of the map

G1: The game looks amazing. Where do I get the DLC? Please add a timer of some sort to know when jump boost will end.

Alex - You guys should set up a paywall, really nice! I liked the the artstyle a lot and the main menu ui was awesome! The jumping mechanic without the super jump felt a little strange, and with the super jump, felt a little strange. Overall great job!

Cory - Great job guys! Love the aesthetic and ambience! Really would have loved to see what you guys could do with a larger level!
I know time constraints are a thing but did you guys consider making any enemies? Your group did a great job with making the game seem complete!

Group 4: We would like to see an end of level screen when you get to the portal. The controls screen was really cool with jumping and attacking. Breaking boxes was a cool idea

G8: The UI is clean, I feel like the art in this game all goes together very well. It could use a sound affect for damage I didn't even realize I was dying in the bottom.

G6: Love the artistic direction of the game, all of the assets fit together nicely. The color palette is beautiful as well. I think the movement could feel a bit snappier, and the lantern texture is blurry while the others are sharp, at least on my machine. The player is a bit too far down on the screen, it would feel a bit nicer if he was in the center.

Incredible main menu screen with the leaves and the character

Nice particle effects on the lamp

There's some ambiguity as to what the powerups do - depending on what powerups I pickup, the jump can get unwieldy

The cha-ching is out of place compared to the rest of the game

Movement and attack sounds effects would add more depth.  Liked the design of the main screen, really matches the game.
