What was the origin story?
The project being revived was an idea from at least a year ago about identifying knots. I tried to fit it in a bunch of games, from roguelikes to physics platformers. Finally I stripped out all of the fluff and succeeded in making the purest game I could from the initial idea -Eli

Man this was way too good! Also I totally didn't unlock the majority of my knots while trying to tie different knots, all my knots were totally tied on purpose...
Really enjoyed just trying to free form my way into new knots. Gordian is a great game, and I can't wait to see future versions or variants honestly whatever you decided to do with this!

I noticed how the music jumped back in time when you undid a move–that was pretty cool. The one thing I could not figure out was what determined whether the rope would go over or under. I’m not sure if it was random or if there was a secret I couldn’t figure out, but there were definitely instances when I was just laying the rope on top of itself instead of tying knots. This game seems super polished, though! Thanks for sharing.
Really unique, minimal puzzle with nice atmosphere.
I did feel kind of lost, trying to randomly discover knots. I thought it would take me through a gradually more difficult knots to try rather than being open ended.
I also was confused by the empty hexes in the middle -- I thought maybe I couldn't click there. It might be interesting to make that part of the challenge. Either have bonus hexes or null hexes you have to work around.

I didn't know I could have some much fun discovered knots and having a click about ʕ￫ᴥ￩ʔ I liked it, it was fun! Good job to you both, I'm going to go back to trying to find new knots (☆ω☆)

Great game even better music, had some chill fun time attempting to tie all 23 knots, only got 15 so if anyone wants to upload a walkthorough thx

This game has some really great polish! The visuals are very nice and the sound effects make the act of tying knots much more satisfying.
DAMN! This puzzle game is REALLY GOOD! Excellent visuals and very interesting gameplay. With a bit of UI polish this looks ready to ship for ipads and tablets. Keep it up, you have chops when it comes to puzzle games! (Also extra points for using a hex grid)
