Title
Midnight after war

Description
I made this incomplete song based on inspiration from the Skyrim soundtrack. I interpret the song as describing the midnight after war, it is very somber and emotional to show how destructive and painful war is.

This is a nice composition! It's got a cinematic vibe, I really think this belongs in a movie.

Beautiful orchestration. I saw that the comment had already been made, but I also think there's a bit too much reverb.

The melody is gripping and touching. It's such a shame you didn't give us more.

Thank you so much for your input! I do think the reverb is a bit much, but it was mainly because I was really inspired by Skyrim which is reverb heavy. I just haven't mastered how to match the ambience yet.

Yoo I hope you gave Abe a call back lol
The composition's fire!

Something that was a bit problematic for me was the overall Reverb-ish vibe on the orchestra,
feels like too much for me.

I mean I know orchestral recordings are usually in a big hall so reverb is part of it,
maybe it's just the instrumnets you used though & my personal preference of it

Thank you! I appreciate your honesty, that is definitely something I will work on in the future!

Wow, this is such a powerful piece, the strings are incredibly somber and the buildup of everything feels devastating (but in the way you meant it to). The ending on the download recording (I didn't use the youtube link lol) is a little abrupt but I guess that’s because you were interrupted 😭 I always have trouble making orchestral pieces in Garageband mobile, so great job for doing that well too! :)

thank you so much for your input! it is actually a wip so yeah the ending is pretty abrupt atm. I struggled a lot in the beginning to but it came the most natural to me, practice is key.
