Really excellent! Prince of Persia meets Indianna Jones! Switching effect is excellent and overall a great idea. I will say that when switching all the time it can make the normal world quite dark and hard to see things but congrats on such a solid entry! Very impressive doing this in such a short time! GG!
Thank you for the kind words. Yes, the traps were all inspired by the PoP games, primarily Warrior Within which is one of my all-time favorite games. I thought about adding a time to the shadow world so you can only remain in there for certain time frames, but that would have drastically impacted the level design and layout. With more time I would've definitely gone that route, but I had to crunch it together to finish a somewhat playable game lol. Even though Ryan managed to expose a bug pretty quickly haha

Wow this is amazing for a game jam entry. A lot of fun, matches the theme. My game glitched and it wouldn't let me pick up the last artifact but still a great game.
One of my favorites of the jam. I had no problems with it at all, the gameplay was fun and unique, the effect for switching between worlds was awesome. I didn’t get sent back to the beginning when I died. It’s just great.
Well put together, transitions between the states was cool, great level design, and decent challenge. This was a very good entry.
