If you have implemented the modifier, how have you done so?
Good luck beating the final level... And my squad's rapping is impossible to stand on repeat while you try!

Nice intro! I included it in my compilation video series of the ‘So Bad It’s Good’ Jam, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Instant favourite. The songs take it to the another level. Simple game mechanics but all together work perfectly.
Oh man this is awesome, the rapping is terrible but clever and kinda works, on the moon level it actually reminded me of Mr. Plinkett. The dialogue was great I never thought I'd read the words "diarrhetic death" but I'm glad I did. I liked the gameplay, though as one of the other reviewers mentioned my main strategy was to spam the rap button until I got to the moon. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but from the moon onwards I wasn't able to gain lives back by rapping.
Overall I loved this one.
Just amazing! Really enjoyed this. A great blend of quality and crappiness. Utterly comical dialogue and an entertaining story that leaves you wanting more. Gameplay is tough but not impossible (I had to have four attempts at the tutorial level, but managed fine after that). And of course the soundtrack is the coup de grâce. Great stuff all round!
Very solid. Tough as hell. I think my main strategy is just to spam the rap button as fast as possible to get more lives.
Had a lot of fun with his one! Great story, visuals, and 'music'. Meets the the jam criteria really well! Gameplay is really involved, and a lot of fun. Well done!
I've decided to try using a standard format for all my feedback this time around. Please excuse me if I come across as overly curt or miss something important about your game. I'm writing these all quite hastily as there are a lot of games in the jam this year!
What I liked
Funny as hell. Seriously, this was one of the most hilarious games in the jam.
Gameplay is challenging but doable and surprisingly fun.
What I didn't like
Most of the graphics are charming in an MSPaint/Flash kind of way but DJ Rage is just kinda fugly.
Did I think it was so bad it was good?
I kind of sat on the fence on this for a while. It was fun to play and a hilarious, thoroughly enjoyable experience, so there's the good, but was it really bad? It was silly, but it was good. But then again, the graphics are squiggly, the music is fun but not all that well made, and the whole thing is absurd. So yeah, I think it is so bad it's good.
My thoughts on the modifier implementation
Not really all that impossible. Unless I'm missing something it's kind of half-baked, which is a bit of an odd misstep for an otherwise well made game.
Other remarks
I didn't play the first game in the series before playing this one, and I'm not really into rap, so I probably didn't get a lot of the jokes but I still enjoyed it.
In fact I'm probably a heretic to the power of rap or something because I wrote this while listening to HUMAN :II: NATURE
Verdict
Hilariously awesome, so bad it's good. One of my favourites in the jam overall.

Awesome work. Phat beats and raps, yo. Gameplay could be cheesed, but remained fun. That final boss was great. Slick writing too.
