The controls need some work. It felt a little bit weird that I can rotate with such a high velocity but my forward movement in relation is much slower. But solid entry, well done! :)

Great graphics and sound, the movement needs some work though. But nice game.

The art style's adorable, I felt really bad letting those red blood cells get hurt! ^_^ I had trouble enjoying the game for long because of the controls, though. Sometimes it felt too sensitive and other times it felt like I had to wait for the ship to build up momentum before I could go in the direction I wanted. I love the concept, visuals and sound but I feel like WASD for movement and mouse for aiming would've been more intuitive. Or, if you wanted to keep the rotation mechanic, use the arrow keys for rotating and W for moving forward.

Thanks for the reply Ink! : )
Yeah we definitely need to find a couple of friends to try our games out before release.
After two days of development we just got used to this kind of movement and couldn't realize it wasn't ideal.
Thanks for the suggestion! And wish you well : )

Love the art on this one though the ship does look a little out of place. Would be great as a twin-stick shooter which would allow for faster action.

Thanks for the comment LordBundee!
That's a great suggestion and it makes me a bit sad we couldn't think of this on the weekend.
I don't think we will return to fix this but that's definitely a good reminder to test our games more and to experiment with different mechanics before calling it a day.
Thanks for your opinion we are glad you enjoyed it ! : )
