A very very good game !!, I spent a lot of time playing it. It would be great if you continued to develop it and put more variations like a shield so you don't lose immediately, some powerups to make the dice go slower, maybe show from the beginning how many points you're making, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Super well polished game! I love the attention to detail with the graphical effects like the energy bar on the left and the block explosion when it gets shot! Interesting concept too, although I feel you should try to condense the tutorial into 1 screen instead of 2 (my attention span ran out and I skipped straight to the game). The only other thing I see missing is a quit button, but that's a nitpick. Excellent work!

Whoa! This is pretty good! Starting with nice menus, simple but fitting sound, and the gameplay!

I like games that make me think on my feet, and this is definitely one of them (although my score tells me I need some practice).

One advice. Unity lets you make web based games. They tend to get played way more than downloaded ones during the jams.

Thanks! We are already aware that web based games earn way more views and plays but since we implemented the last features 30 minutes before the jam ended we didnt want to risk converting the project into a Web application.  Next jam we will for sure think about that earlier.

Developer

Hey, Unity developer here. Gruen is right about the risk of conversion but there's also some other reasons. I've found web games to sometimes have bad performance so I usually like to prioritize quality of player experience rather than quantity. But thanks for the tip!

The game is pretty good. I also like the soundeffects and the music. But I think a bit more feedback for killing enemies would have been good. Aside from that, I like the game very much.

very good game, I played this game for some time, very impressive! I loved the art and the music. pretty intricate design and the point system is very intuitive. If I was to be picky, maybe dont set a limit to when the game ends, and make it infinite basically until you die.

Developer

I would maybe add an infinite gamemode but then there's nothing keeping you from surviving forever if you take your time.

I've never seen anything like that. The game feels so cohesive, everything is in its right place and done on a high level! Especially I enjoyed the art style.

Oh my god dude this one's amazing wtf
When I first looked at it I didn't even think it was a jam game
Looks like someone's taking home the W!!!!
My only gripe was there was a lot of reading to do before you to the game, if you decide to update the game please add a full on tutorial

Game is great. From the unique core loop, to the visuals. But it feels like there is potential limit to number of maximum points. Can use some game mods and "ability"dices, different levels or just some content. Very strong foundation though.   5/5

I gotta give this one 5/5 across the board. If only there were more stars...

Wow! Thank you!
