A few people celebrate Halloween in Russia. This game gave me a better understanding of how it feels in your place.

Well, that was a funny and interesting game! It took me several attempts and playtests for me to find out which guests I should invite and which ones I shouldn't. I think these are the people you should and shouldn't invite:

Invite: Postman, DJ

50/50: Random passerby, friend from high school and college

Don't invite: People who won't tell you their names

Other: People who wants to know what time it is.

I'll admit some of the dialogue made me go O_O when I realized that I accidentally let in a killer. For example, when I let in a random passerby who was actually disguised as a murderer, they said "my name is (name), and you will remember it!" And when I let in a killer who claimed to be your old friend, they said "friends forrrrrrrrever!"

Wow, I'm so glad you were able to find those details in the dialogs, I really appreciate it! I'm going to work on the dialogs and make as many twists as possible :D

Thank you for your review! :3

The idea for this game is amusing. You’re having a spooky party and everyone, including a killer, wants to come in. Sadly I think I might not be very good at these types of games.

Some things that confused me… The doorbell system has two buttons at the bottom. An up arrow and down arrow. Clicking these seemed to change a channel, but, I wasn’t exactly sure if I should have been doing so, or what I was looking for if I did. The description said something about breathing (which I think I came across a couple times), but, if I heard breathing, it was right away, without having to use the arrow keys. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do here.

When interacting with the door, I wasn’t sure if there was something visual I was supposed to look out for. Half the time, if the murderer was out there, they’d kill me before I even got to talk to them. Other times they’d kill me after the dialog. I never really figured out when one murder happened over the other.

The font used for the dialog was, for me, hard to read at times. A simpler, less styled font would have gone a long away to making the game easier to read.

Over all, I think there a good game in here, but I was having difficulties with it, and I’m not sure how much of the problems I had were my own inabilities, vs possible game bugs.

Here’s a link to me streaming the game recently, if you’re interested in such horrors. :)

Man, I really REALLY appreciate it. I watched your stream and I loved every second of you playing and expressing your thoughts about the game (I love your charisma xD). I learned a lot from this and will definitely work on every problem point!  Thanks for your great review!

You are actually the one who made my dream come true, I always wanted someone to play my game on stream!

I did it!

Really fun game.

Funny that my neighbor of 8 years is coming over, and I don’t even remember him!

Thanks for playing the game! Yeah, the main character seems to have memory problems xD

I keep getting to 4 and then letting the murderer in. I'm too trusting! Great game! I love the sound that places when you talk to people!

It took me a few tries, but I managed to reach 15. I didn't notice any bugs, and the gameplay felt responsive. I quickly noticed a pattern where, if I pressed 'Are you ___ from school?' and the answer was 'YEEA', they were definitely not an impostor. I wish the answers varied each time, requiring me to pick up on subtle details to uncover who the intruder was. There was a unsettling moment when an intruder was breathing on the speaker, which really caught me off guard. The variety of characters is admirable, though I’d prefer if the variety were in the dialogue rather than the characters looks, as their personalities feel somewhat copy-pasted even if they look different each time. Overall, I had fun, and that's what really matters.

Thank you very much for the feedback! I'm working on new dialogues. For the moment, the dialogs in game exist as test dialogues x)
Glad you have some fun :D
