In one word: Disturbing (In a good way)
I loved the homage to old horror films and the presentation of social problems.

The art and atmosphere are great even if they were a bit clunky :)
The sound design is on point during gameplay (The cutscenes felt a bit bland).

A few points for improvement:
- The cutscenes were a bit too slow and static (which made it more disturbing in a way, but I think it should have been handled a bit differently to keep the player more engaged).
- The environment didn't quite follow the text - it didn't look like a crazy Halloween party went on, other than a table with cake(which seemed more like a child's birthday).

With all this, you still managed to hook me on the story and truly care for the protagonist and feel scared and disturbed! I enjoyed it very much and I don't usually play Point and Click games!

Cheers!

Thank you for such a detailed review! It really helps to understand what to work on in the future.

The intro sequence was nice but when after that the game looks like this for me.
Is this a bug or just my laptop not able to render it?. (I can still interact with stuff.)

It's a shame it happened like this! Can you write the characteristics of your hardware? It worked for us on all our machines, except for the old PC with a 550ti,  but we had to run it there by setting the launch options from the Internet. There was a similar result as in your screenshot.

It's hardly a matter of PC power. The game turned out to be very lightweight. Most likely it’s a matter of changing some instructions for displaying shaders and other magic that I’m weak in :)

That makes sense,
Mine is an intel i5 with UHD 620 and 8gb ram
I appreciate your help.

I was very glad to see the quest, I was immediately struck by nostalgia! I did not expect to see a project based on the Godot engine. It was funny when Jessica called on the phone) I really liked the vibe horror movies of category B. It is clear that the game is made with love!

Thank you! :-)

Interesting game, nice to see point and click stuff in the jams, the puzzles were neat and that fox one was deceptively simple. your retro style as always looks really cool. A little more story would have been nice to show what happened after the ending.

Thanks Tillion! ^_^

That was really cool. Freaky and cool. The fox game had me going for awhile, ended up being trickier than I thought :P.
Awesome entry, I really enjoyed it.
