I like the mechanic. I think there should be some way for characters to face their phobias over time and have an increasing chance to push past and overcome that fear. Or at least be better able to deal with the outcomes.

This is well done. Easy to drop into an existing game or even use as a temporary rules set for a horror themed game.
Concise, though I need one thing clarified: On a successful save against a phobia, "your character instantly recovers Sanity Point corresponding to the context." What exactly does "corresponding to the context" mean here?
Also, I assume you can't go below 0 Sanity Points, but even so, starting with 1d4+Wis modifier where seeing corpses costs 2 points on a failed Wis DC 12 roll -- that feels like a recipe for everyone to faint in their first few rooms of a dungeon, lol.
Hello,
The "context" allows the GM to introduce varying scales of stressful or horrifying situations.
Here is an example featuring the phobia "Hemophobia":
Regarding the number of Sanity Points, it may be necessary to playtest the rules in order to fine-tune the values. Perhaps Sanity Points should scale with the character's level. I hope these explanations help you.
I love that all the information is on one page. It's concise and quick. Excellent job.
one question, why is there an extra blank page at the end of the pdf?
Hello,
I apologize for the mistake in the exported PDF. I will upload a new version without the blank page.
Thank you for the feedback.
I love that on a game about torches failing you add the fear of the dark as phobia.
Hi, do you mind If I reference this in my rule supplements for Horror? I would credit you of course :)
Go ahead, no problem for me. If you test the rule at your table, I will be pleased to have some feedbacks :)
Simple and streamlined! Very easy to apply at the table. Love it.
Already shared my thoughts on this. Love it. I helped!
