  • This was a perfect 5/5 for me. It's so hard to form words, yet this'll probably be a paragraph. You are a great writer, first off. You got the Vinesauce jokes in and you got them in well, but just the overall parodies of analog horror and Resident Evil. Don't worry, turning them into tanks because "tank controls" didn't get past me. And you really know how to write jokes. You create a proper buildup to Wank, who we know is coming, know he's name is probably Wank, and thanks to the rule of 3's, it is. You created a proper callback to the dialogue with Bank. And of course you used two meanings of the word "corruptions". This was creative. Audio wise you were spot on for PSX horror. Visually you were as well, but I gotta talk about your cutscenes. They were animated SO well. The filters are fantastic also. Really, you could make a parody of PSX horror with tanks and if you feel like it, you should. This was a great concept and was fun to play. Thank you for submitting. I played this 4 times already and will probably play more. Easily one of my top 5 here. Congrats for making something SOOOOO good and tanks for submitting! (Pun 1000% intended.)
  • These cutscenes are an absolute cinematic masterpiece and you should be proud.

How does your submission fit the jam's theme?
The idea was to make a parallel between the concept of a "Biohazard" (pathogen) to a "Mechahazard" (corruption in this case), that gave me the idea to make a resident evil parody, from that point on it kinda became its own thing

This was a hilariously bizarre concept for a game, and you pulled it off so well. Great humor, visuals matched the concept, is theme relevant, and just the right length. Great work!

The fixed angles and prerendered cut scenes are perfect

I am at loss of words, this game is so f-ing nice. Makes me wish I was so talented at making dad jokes and mom games. But srsly tho, it's unbelievably good

Bro your cutscenes and atmosphere is something special! Absolutely loved it. Looking forward for your next projects.

Love the game. I'm a big sucker for retro 3D graphics and the games pretty humorous.

My only issue is the tank rotates too slow and not being able to reverse is a little annoying.

Developer

By not being able to reverse you mean quick turn? because going in reverse is totally posible

Wait really how?

I just tested it and now it's working for me. I think there's possibly a bug that prevents reversing since when I first played it didn't work.

Developer

That so weird, thanks for reporting it, must be some weird edge case

Note that I was also perpetually going forward and I was constantly firing for some reason. Maybe I tabbed out while pressing the buttons and it broke.

Developer

Yeah either that or you had a rogue controller connected sending phantom inputs or something like that, let's see if this happens to other people or it was an isolated problem, thank you again for letting me know about this

That's it! My switch pr controller goes crazy when its connected to a non steam game.

Yooooo we solved the mystery, let fucking goooo
