I refuse to believe this was done in only 3 days, good job

Thank you very much! I can assure you that it was made in even less ahah (I started almost 13h after the start) => image.png

This was really fun - but can I ask - what on earth is the space junk supposed to be? I am really curious

Developer(+1)

Thank you ! I tried my best to make something looking like solar panel (yellow for beeing more visible) and stuff. I did it in 2/3 hours as I never made a 3D game nor having touched a 3D software ahah.

Very good, very ambitious, but you have done well. I maybe would have put the rotation on other keys, so you can control the ship with two hands.

Developer

Hi, thank you very much!

Did you mean the ship “rolling” should be on others keys ? Because the the keys controling the “yaw” rotation are one J and L as I tried my best to design the game to be two-hand played.

Anyway I’m glad you liked the game :D!

My bad, yeah I meant roll, as I was only using one hand, I didn't realise there was a whole second set of keys around JL lol. I played on hard mode without knowing. So I meant that it would be easier with WASD on one hand, and roll on an another hand. But it's interesting, because now I tried with JL/IK, and it's much harder than controlling only with wasd and Q/E. WASDQE + JKLIK, is actually super hard mode, it's a lot of keys !

This game is quite fun! I really enjoyed it, its simple but its fun! It reminds me of old school space games for some reason! It fits the theme as zero gravity but maybe I would like to see a bit more gravity mechanic being in place! The aesthetics is very cool and retro. Its simplicity is part of its charm! The sound effects are present as well with the fitting music. Overall, really solid take on the theme and a very good game! Great job!!

Good game! Very hard for me though, but that a good thing.

Nice game! Like the idea :)
Music reminds me Faster Than Light

It's like KSP but without the gut wrenching concentration migraine or the astrophysics doctorate.  It's a serene experience.  I think this one is going to get passed up due the lack of title image or game description.  Try it. You'll like it.

Developer

Hi, I’m glad you liked the game and the not intended seren experience ahah!

As the jam finished pretty late in my timezone, I did not directly add image or info on the page. But if you go back to the game page, you’ll see a bit more content ;)

This is a beautiful game, I like it a lot. I am very poor at it, but that didn't affect your rating ;) I did Ctrl+W out of my tab accidentally first time playing but I dont think this would be an issue on the desktop version. Great job! I had a lot of fun

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much!

For your issue, are you playing on a AZERT keyboard ? If so, you can play with ZQSD, the game is made to be AZERTY and QWERTY compatible.

Submitted

I am using a QWERTY keyboard, the issue only happens when I press CTRL to go down and W to go forward at the same time, it closes my browser lol. But it doesn't happen when I play the downloadable version, I did check that just now.

It's strangely relaxing drifting in space with that music. Very nice, well done! :D
