I like the aesthetic! But it seems incomplete.

Cool art style! Main menu looks great, too. I'm interested in trying again when the game is a bit more complete. Nice job!
I think there's potential, but it needs a lot more polish. I found if I moved up or down and then tried to move left or right while still holding the key, the character would just stop. I like the aesthetic, but the character's walk cycle doesn't follow the animation principles. Also sometimes the direction the character is facing doesn't match the key I'm pressing.
Funny concept, love the idea of playing a lamplighter! Could use some more time to make a really interesting game :)
So much potential here, and I'm really excited to see how it develops after the jam is done! We actually ended up doing kind of a similar concept... I really have a thing for lamps and keeping them alive :P
Super cool aesthetic and I love the art. Only final note is the audio seemed SUPER loud to me... that might just be me though! Good stuff!
It feels a little unfinished, but I like the idea and there's some pretty art! Thanks for joining the jam :)
The art truly stood out, perfectly complementing the concept of a lantern lighter. The execution was flawless. I believe this game has the potential for further refinement to offer a more complete experience. I had a similar mechanic idea, though implemented differently. Overall, I found it quite enjoyable.
Thanks for playing! Minutes before the submission deadline, we were actually considering not uploading this to the jam at all as the project was still in that awkward place between overtly unplayable and satisfactory. Regardless, the team put too much work in to just abandon it in its current state, and so we'll be adding to/polishing this game after the jam so that it fits what we had envisioned to begin with!
