Really really good!
Absolutely incredible game, I'm super impressed! Core gameplay loop is amazingly fun and I have a soft spot for games where you get free upgrades, so this was right up my alley. Sounds and visuals are super great, too. Just all around beautiful game and incredibly work!

The core loop is really fun, also that escalated quickly omg, awesome soundtrack. I really like the sound the darkling make when they die, sounds really cute heh

Wow, this game was incredible. I really liked how the options you pick after each round can dramatically change how you play the game, especially the ones that have a downside to it. However, the last wave felt a bit too long, especially after I had beaten the final boss. I think it would work better if enemies stopped showing up as soon as the boss was defeated. Aside from that, this was a blast to play!

Very cool that the darkness theme really dictated the art style of this, and the gameplay is very satisfying! Felt like a shmup meets plants vs. zombies.

A really fun game. The controls and upgrade system are simple but highly engaging. Unfortunately, the game crashed on me when I got to the King of Darkness wave.
