It's a shame you didn't get to finish the gameplay aspect, I always enjoy your teams games! However, from what has been submitted I can tell I like the vibe of the setting. The art was cute and the animations and movement suited the sprites. The music was atmospheric and charming too.

I know the game's unfinished, but I initially actually liked the idea of pushing enemies out of the way to protect our tree.  I hope you manage to finish it after the jam!  I also appreciated the way the music ramps up over time.  Nice job!

It's unfortunate that the gameplay is unfinished but I like the idea and vibe!

I thought the character movement controls were interesting, but I couldn't seem to make any of the plants hurt the enemies - nor did there seem to be a failure condition. I did see the grass decaying back toward the tree, but once it reached the tree nothing happened.

Glad to see the art, movement and sounds came together tho!

I liked at art, but I didn't understand the goal of the game. Maybe a life and time system would make it better
