Restarted it so I could get a better look at that opening- I love the DS game feel to this that the little touches bring out of the everyday rpgmaker aesthetic. Speaking of which, it was a little hard to tell what and wasn't a wall when it came to those fence-looking pillars and the tops of the crowd? I didn't realize there was no set battle order for a few tries. But the rest of the map was well-made, I liked the crowd-as-maze idea.

The one-eyed cats are so cute! I like how you made them so emotive even within that boundary.

It took me a few tries to figure out what I was doing with the battle system (the layout wasn't what I'm used to, is that custom or is that something that comes with this specific version of maker?), but I got the hang of it eventually. I like that every action has its own little animated icon, and getting to see the sprites as a 'reward' is neat. Managed to get to the end (although I missed the bathroom area from the preview screenshots).

One suggestion I have is to figure out which setting will let you export the game without unused assets- getting rid of all the default stuff you don't use can save on file space. I don't know if every edition lets you do that? But MV does so maybe it's a common feature.

Thank you for the comment!

For the engine, i was using rpg maker 2003, and sadly i dont think they have that feature. i was worried that id be hitting the deadline, so i quickly used preset sounds, which is why theres still all the preset rpg maker sound effects in the folder haha

ill try to fix it on later updates

Neat character designs, very unique.

These definitely are my favourite mono-eyed cats. I already really enjoyd the art style in your last game, and this one does a very good job building on your strengths as an artist. Somehow it's even hornier than last year's game, too!

Oh wow, it's your games are getting more ambitious with every jam at a really incredible pace! I love everything you've done with this entry! There's a broad cast of characters, secret stuff to find and even sex combat! I also liked how the ending ties directly into the prequel, that's a very cool detail.

The pixel art looks great, and there's a lot of it in this game! Love the variety of characters, they've all got their own body type and look to them. It's also neat to see them walking around the world now, the little map versions are cute. The combat has a cool retro look to it with the checkered background and unique images for every special move, it's also nice to see that the moves change based on the opponent you're facing.

There are only three potential areas of improvements I can think of. First, the combat sounds can be less "smash" and more "boing", you can even try moans, but those may end up sounding cheesy. Second, It may be better if the player recovers Endurance between encounters, instead of making bathroom trips, maybe the bathroom can only be used once and recovers your Stamina? And lastly, I didn't immediately recognize the crowd sprites as crowds, so maybe they can have a few extra bits of detail to them while still remaining indistinguishable?

Really fantastic work this year, I hope to see more of this world you're building!
