Loving the pixel art, the animation of the clouds in the background is a cool detail. I also like how you sticked to a mostly white/ blue colour scheme.
A suggestion to improve would be to lower the jump height to give the player more control.

I love the art work, and overall its a fun idea.
I felt after the difficulty spike it became sort of impossible, the little seal did not return to the ground fast enough to make the next jump in time. Perhaps lowering the jump, and for example put two snowballs in quick succession could fix it.
Also perhaps change the name of the exe file, so it matches the name of game. It can be done when building the game I believe :)
The jump feels a little high but i do love the sprite work! Honestly on ce the gravity issue is fixed i feel like it could be a really fun time passer!
A fun game!
Maybe a scoring system and some music would be a good addition here otherwise a great first game!
Good start! If I could give you any tips to improve, it would be adding a title screen so that the player can choose when to start the game.
I liked the art style and the difficulty ramp up. things to think about adding might be a way to restart the game, maybe a score of some kind and maybe slow the difficulty ramp up a bit as it gets quite crazy. but overall I enjoyed it good game.
