Fun concept here! The bounce is definitely a bit much as others have mentioned, but I also quite liked it because it made the capsule look like it was running and meant you had to be aware of when you timed your jumps.

I actually find it quite interesting how the block in the way could halt your momentum, it got me thinking that maybe that could be an interesting mechanic, having to utilize stopping your momentum on things in order to slow yourself down to make different jumps possible/easier.

A score counter of some sort to show how many red blobs you've collected would be nice so you can see how well you're doing, and maybe some sort of distance graphic that shows how close you are to the finish line.

You did a great job, especially for a first game, it looks a lot better than my first game I can tell you that much. Nice one!

Good start of a platformer, I like it. The lack of a background and any other assets other than the cubes and capsule make it look a little unfinished but it does work. Sometimes when landing from a jump the ground itself feels a bit rough though, like the player is bouncing constantly.

This was a really fun game, i enjoyed the way that speed and momentum is built as you make jumps.

A background image or a soundtrack would have been pretty cool.

Maybe a few extra levels could be added at a later date!

Very fun game to play. I didn't see an issue with the overhead block, as it becomes a challenge to work out how to avoid it slowing you down.

The bouncy feel is amazing and adds to the frustration you feel playing the game, along with some of the jumps being difficult to complete which feels like it juxtaposes the title of the game.

All in all, great game to play would be fun to maybe have alternative paths and more levels.

Cool game! I like the idea of your speed increasing over time, it makes for a fun challenge.

I agree with Jacob & Nathaniel in that the ground's a little too bouncy, as that threw me off a couple of times Building speed also seems like a necessity to make some jumps, so I'd suggest removing the overhead block near the start - as it stops your momentum.

If you continue to update this game though, I look forward to playing the future versions! I always enjoy speed-centric games.

I liked the increase in momentum over time instead of a fixed speed. Although, there are some issues with jumping, I would suggest making the ground less bouncy or increasing the threshold for detecting whether the player is grounded or not. Also maybe add something to keep track of the red points you collect.

I love the simple presentation, it feels really satisfying to travel across these platforms in quick succession as you gain speed. I think the player is a bit too bouncy, I died multiple tiles because I couldn't get a jump to register as I was slightly above the ground.

Well done! I had great fun playing this even though it made me dizzy with the movement! I really like the concept of a platformer where you can only control the jumps!

I have some critique for the game, you may be able to add this before the deadline!

1) Skybox! Try and change the skybox to something else or add a background image, I think it will look very nice with something else as the background, this documentation will help: https://docs.unity3d.com/560/Documentation/Manual/HOWTO-UseSkybox.html

2) Music! if you do have music in the game it's either very quiet or i'm being an idiot and I have the volume down, but it would make your game more appealing to a general audience with music, this doc will help: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-AudioSource.html

Great start! I like the idea of speeding up as you go but I feel the level could be better designed around that mechanic, increasing the distance you need to jump alongside side the speed, which would also help with the falling in holes issue that Sam mentioned.

I would also recommend having a counter for how many of the red pellets you pick up, something to encourage you to try and get them all.

You've done a good job! I'd recommend slowing down the movement speed if possible as at some points the character starts flying making falling into the holes more frequent.
