Hi All,

The game was a lot of fun, and I ended up playing it for quite some time.

Even after dying in the boss level, it was still motivating to try again.

One bit of feedback I would give is that the render trail becomes very distracting, especially when moving backward.

This causes the render trail to completely block the view, making it very difficult to see the oncoming enemies.

Other than that, it was very enjoyable.

Thank you for the game.

Developer

Thanks so much for the feedback! we really thought long about the trail. We added it back when we wanted the gameaplay to be more rooted with that time travel aspects, and found that the render painted paths of where you had been quite nicely.

It's honestly one of those unfinished features where we just decided " Eh, let em have fun messing around with it".

Really loved the gameplay loop, well done!

Controls are smooth and the level design was fantastic to play around. I did encounter a small bug in my first playthtough where I flew out of the level, but other than that this, felt fun and well design and a good take on decoy

really asking for a spot of hit feedback on the enemies, a flash of another colour to confirm a hit would go far.
Overall nice way to keep things simple

Not usually a fan of FPSs but just based off screenshots I was intrigued. Really loved the way the mechanics functioned here :D Side note, I somehow found myself clipping through walls if I walked backwards which for some reason made me laugh xD loved this.

Developer

OoO we're happy you liked it. fr fr - to have something we made be recognise by a high end fashion aficionado and itgirl is my dream goal

(That one glitch that gets talked about more than your actual game T_T) at the very least, it provided khomedi XD

Nice stuff! 3D games always impress us. The level design and aesthetics are really cool. It's such a great combo of an FPS, platformer puzzle game that's all 3D! The bugs we did encounter were clipping through the walls and falling through the map XD like when you break through the bedrock and see the endless horizon. The decoys were really easy to find because the real enemy had a health bar. Regardless, we still got overwhelmed when the decoys spawned and felt scared so it was very effective! This is really impressive.

Fun game! It was great to get play an FPS for a couple minutes.

Couple points:

  1. The rewind feature is really cool but I almost never found myself using it. Using it for puzzles or combat would be cool, but I just used it to mash myself on the same jumps.
  2. You can clip through the walls, which isn't that great. I could rewind back into thee map though!
  3. The shotgun was weird, didn't feel like I need to use it. I just held left click.
  4. I died and it made me restart the entire game ._.

Otherwise, it's a fun game with a good amount of content for a jam! Thanks for the submission.

Developer

Thank you kindly, we're glad you enjoyed it :D

Y'know, we were debating about the use of the rewind ability in this iteration of our game because we realised that there really isn't much use for it as a secondary mechanic - but because we know we can and would use it in the final form of this game we decided to keep it there, we'll most certainly consider using it for puzzled and combat.

When you think about it XD you have the ability to phase through walls?

Hmm, fair point, thank you.

Death comes for us all Delirium, it is the great reset-er and so naturally, we had is when you die you restart your life from  A

fun game love the concept and idea behind it the jumping takes a bit to get used to.

Areas of improvement is the shotgun has no audio when fired and takes a while before it can be shot again, the decoy spawning needs a cap specially in that last area as they continuously spawn and the game doesn't end final boss is killed.

oh and on a funny note I found a bug where if you walk backwards and shoot you can clip through walls. xD

still fun tho:)

Thanks for the feedback!

The audio was left for last honestly, and while we did intend to add UI elements for the time rewind and shotgun recharge, we didn't have the time to get around to it.

Thanks for the bug info XD, honestly I think I encountered it and just never realised it was this XD. At least I know now.
