The level design is pretty top notch. Sadly, I couldn't get far due to softlocks. I hope these get patched out as I'd love to give the game a try again
You're absolutely mad for somehow getting this much done in 3 days. Sanae is absolutely PEAK cuteness here too, I love her!!! Fantastic job for real!!!!! I want a full game of her PLEASE
Funny game, unfortunately, collisions. Everyone else talked about them already, but another thing I'd like to see added is an options menu. Specifically for controls (or atleast a guide for controls, since i had to figure everything out by myself), mouse sensitivity and to turn off motion blur. I commend the effort though. The sound effect for snae taking damage is a bit sus though...
Also, have a button other than esc for pausing in the web version. Since esc also makes the game quit out of fullscreen which is quite annoying.
Despite the buggy physics, I have to commend the bold attempt to create this in three days, especially with the beautiful visuals. Would love to see a more polished post-jam version.

Somehow the stunning visuals make me wish all the physics bugs would go away with every try...
I know right ๐ญ I feel frustrated too, the Unity terrain collisions do not play well with such kinematic controllers, I think I'm gonna phase out the terrain in favor of flatter objects and more uniform collisions, the time constraints did not enable me to test the stage properly, thanks for your feedback and hopefully I can polish this ti become something interesting, wish me luck!
Graphics, animations, sounds and music are all great, it's just unfortunate that the collision issues make it a bit frustrating to play. I also think the setting could be more Touhou-ish and less Mario-ish, but thatโs a minor thing. With some more polish youโd have a real gem here.
Time constraints forced me to use what I have at hand, I made a few temples and shrine props but didn't find time to add them, but I will surely further expand with better relevance to the Touhou lore, the stage is supposed to mirror Gensokyo after all!

Every surface around the bridge gets me stuck and unable to continue :( tried walljumping up to skip it at first and thought it was just my bad, but then i tried carefully jumping up the rocks by the cactii and they still stuck me even when i was in the grounded state, so i couldnt climb up to the top of the mountain if there was anything there... Visuals are tastey though, and putting Mario 64/Galaxy-esque controls to work on a keyboard and mouse was ambitious but worked out i think.
Thank you for the honest feedback! I barely had time to play test so it is no surprise that there are a lot of broken surfaces and collisions, especially the bridge island was a last minute addition, so sorry it ruined your experience ๐ฅ
didn't have time to add a boss or even text backstory as you can see ๐ but you can roam around and enjoy the view I guess, collect all the hidden red coins, blue coins and 3 stars which are supposed to make you win but I didn't implement that yet๐
I suggest you explore the crouching jump, it has high reach and can make you reach many places when paired with the slide,

Edit: I just added a Windows build with proper controller support, fixed some stuff and added new platforms too! try to win now!
