AHh the drift direction is opposite of Mario Kart!!

I wonder what blue croissants taste like

Yoo Stick Arena is back!! More gremlin-y than ever!

Neat! Wait, but bullets should travel along the wall when they ricochet
Mm yes. Soundtrack with lunatic vibes for a lunatic level game

Fun! My  brain is too small to have one hand be used for both character movement and parries so I ended up using my right hand for the parrying and targeting

G-GOOD ENDING!?

I've always wanted to parry a bullet stream

It turns out vampires are only visible in a mirror, or rather, their bullets are

Komachi did nothing wrong

Step aside Dream Reimu. Meet Caricature Reimu!

But anyway, neat take on explaining for the PC-98 universe.

Neat concept. Every switcharoo I did came with a rush.

Thanks for playing! I haven't read a lot of Touhou doujins myself but I guess the thought process of writing can't be too different across the mediums

Pretty chill puzzle game, the visual and sound effects are hilarious. I couldn't get pass the evil eye level but that could just be me not knowing the strat for that one.

Thanks for playing! I see how it could've been hard to grasp but Touhou incidents are sometimes meant to be mental gymnastics anyhow.

Man I am One Slippery Ball. I don't know.. there's something about both this game and vacuuming a dirty room that release satisfactory chemicals in my brain. ANyway, those hidden chambers are neat.

Ex-plora-tion! ex-plora-tion! Ah, a game that satiates the urge to click-spam. Is Koishi always as lost as the feeling I get when playing this game? That's quite the deep dive into character mentality!

Point taken. I think the iframes where you can't jump on enemies after taking damage was indeed the most flagrant oversight, seeing I was trying to be faithful to the original Mario game loop.

Oh great. Now I'm hungry. It's a big world out there, no idea what any of the map designs mean. (Tosses fruit in the trash.) Good thing I'm able to phase through corners. I felt like my grit was being tested. With every new map reveal. Glad there was a random horse hanging around, it was starting to feel lonely with all these spirits.

Oh those are Power Items, not bullets..! Aaand yeah, I was wondering if the bombs restock after I lose a life. Cool looking game, I just wish I was better at it :P

Somehow the stunning visuals make me wish all the physics bugs would go away with every try...

Wow these paintings must have taken you ages to make 10/5

Couldn't finish the game but man, it had so much going for it. (Those two green kedamas though). Green rating is Sanae/5

If Highly Responsive had a lunatic mode...

Huh no retro is space invaders and asteroids right? Bullet hell is still pretty new...

Bonk.

There it is! There's the color!!

Hm. I do agree that the feeling of experiencing a Personal Computer for the first time is retro.

This feedback is doing wonders to my YOLO-addled brain. Nice to know investing in game mechanics (and literally nothing else) paid off lmao

Very in-depth narrative and dynamic story telling. Aside from a few typos, this was an enjoyable experience.

Simple, yet challenging. Chess is definitely retro, I mean it's what 2000 years old, like c'mon. /hj Anyway when can I eat the fish.

Looks rudimentary but has a lot of elements in play. Was confused when seeing a repeat level, but overall I can see how it can be fun if the levels are arranged more thoughtfully!

Today's forecast, robo-flyers with a touch of shiny spinnies. Horizontal shmups are already challenging for me the way it is, (but using acceleration in movement really adds a whole nother layer). Aside from that, the gameplay is smooth and all, and the graphics are snazzy. Wanted to see what kind of damage the knife does but alas, it's too risky.

Thanks. I'm planning to upload a (slightly) better version

Hold up.. lemme pull out the Gensokyo phone book real quick.. ah, there's PETA (Fingers fumbling on the old-fashioned phone dial)

So I just spoke to some bird spirits from some mysterious realm.  They said they really liked your game. They also said they look forward to finally meeting its developer in Hell.

Who knew flying a quadcopter can be this challenging! Anywho, I eagerly await my Aya fumo drone delivery license

Yeet.

You've heard of dodging bullets, but have you heard of [catching] them? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

...

Yeet.

Good vibes all around. Some avoid Satori because she can read minds. Others... (lowers shades) avoid Satori because she can read anxieties. (shades drop to the floor awkwardly)

The little nuclear fusion reaction that can. Great difficulty curving, satisfying to beat!

Interesting spin on the zombie survival genre. I do dig the neon aesthetic too.

This, sir, has the most flappy bird energy out of all the flappy birds. I died, but! Somehow it was as scripted by fate. Did I die to the bullets or to the existential dread lobbed towards me nonstop? Who should know!

Interesting.. Seeing masterfully detailed smiling portraits having light-hearted unserious dialogue against the backdrop of unsettling music is definitely a vibe.
