Theme is well integrated with the mechanics and story, I liked it! Also really liked the music.
I was a bit lost with respect to the things that I could interact with, and also would have been cool to have different paths for both playthroughs (like the arrow corridor).
Good job!
Thank you for the feedback! We realize that a few interactions were unclear and that simply came down to running out of time. Thus the reason in the information for the game it tells you that there are three items in the village that you may choose from. On top of that, we know the lasers are a bit finicky, partially because they just are and partially because we didn't put anywhere that they have a cooldown. Besides that, there wasn't much to interact with.
The game takes on all its substance when you endorse nemesis. I like the idea. It' a little too short, but with some more work, it could could reach all his potential. Well done.
Thank you!
Finished the game, and I loved the idea! I liked the text descriptions between each scene, made it feel sorta like a DnD campaign. Also the midway reveal that changes how you play the game was really cool.
The first room with all the wolves was by far the hardest part of the game, and the game could use more player feedback in general (such as showing which things you can interact with, showing when you take damage etc) but overall really cool idea for a game!
Thank you! And we do agree with needing more player interaction. But as it is a game jam, not everything was able to be implemented in the given time. We decided to prioritize other things in order to make a complete and somewhat enjoyable game. With more time, we would have had more rooms, more story, and better player feedback. As well as probably some cleaner implementations of certain rooms.
Ya all good, won't have time for everything in a game jam just giving feedback on where to improve if you continued developing
I love the application of the theme! The story felt kinda cool and made it fun to play! Music was also nice to hear and would have loved with a bit more story lol
We did have more plans to implement more rooms and more story, but as this is a game jam and school has started, we simply ran out of time. We had many MANY ideas that we decided not to prioritize in order to make a complete and fully playable game within the 7 day time limit, as well as manage our personal lives. We actually have a good number of unused sprites just cause of this reason.
Perfectly in the theme ! :) Great job.
Thank you!
Man this was beautiful! A good story was something I wasn't expecting. Good stuff.
Thank you so much!
In case anyone didn't notice in the description (we didn't have time to make it more obvious) in the town there is a shop with 3 different items. You don't need to grab one, but each one does have a different effect.
Can you export a windows build? For some reason the webgl version is not loading for me.

I'm not sure if this works so please let me know if it does or doesn't.
If you're having trouble playing in browser, either A) try clearing your cache or B) maybe switch to a different browser. I know unity webgl doesn't work in chrome.
Thanks for the windows build. Since you said that it does not work on Chrome I tried Edge and it worked there. Not sure why though but I am able to run other Unity games in Chrome without any issues. But anyways, you game was fun. The backstory was really good. Even though the game-play was very limited, the story made the whole game interesting. I enjoyed it!!!
The Lasers Didn't Seem To Work.
:D
Sorry about that, they are a little finicky but they should work if you stand on them and press E.
They do have a cooldown time as well.
Oh OK! Thanks!
:D
