First big kudos to the art department!

Sadly the game felt too unforgiving right from the beginning. The color changes of the fireflies happen to quick. Audio (deeply missed) could have helped to understand what is going on intuitively: like a fizzle sound if he burns his tongue. +1 for the suggestion by Oknaa with the fullness bar and transforming the time into seconds. Furthermore: it makes little sense that the fullness meter goes down when he burns his tongue – I’d suggest an additional health bar instead that is affected by the burning (and may slowely decrease when the hunger is too much).

Thank you for your review and suggestions, the Health Bar idea is very interesting and we will surely try it after the jam period ends.  I hope you'll stick around :D

About the unforgiveness, it was kind of planned, but we may have overdone that bit!
Can I kindly ask you to playtest it more and tell me if it gets a bit easier after some replays?

I like the art style ! veery guud for a 3h game !

My suggestion is to make a fullness bar instead of numbers.
And to convert the 0.12 minutes for example at the end into seconds or a score of some kind. I mean i cant say people can calculate 0.12 minutes on the fly to know how long that means.
Also try to add some sounds; a theme music or SFX when hitting the bugs for example

Other than that its a cool game ! Good job

Thank you for your honest feedback, it means a lot!

We are planning a final polish after the jam and will modify those things, I hope you'll stick around. Our game definitely needs a cool and juicy fullness bar and some sound effects xD

Thank you very much! Any suggestions? :D

not at all, maybe the time could be a slider and be shown in seconds instead of minutes at the end and adding some sounds effect could be nice, but it is an impeccable game whichever way you look at it. Great job!
