Nice work! 3 hours goes by so fast. I thought it was pretty challenging and dependent on getting good barrel spawns. I'm wondering if the game still would have worked without the scrolling camera. Then you could really take your time and line up the angles - but maybe that was to add challenge intentionally.

Hm, that's a good idea!
I tried to make the game in one sitting, so that idea never crossed my mind, now it seems so obvious haha.

I'm pretty sure the game would have been better if I made the camera scroll only after shots, giving the player "all the time in the world" to aim and launch. Well, there's always next week.

Fun game! The simplicity was nice, and the monkey looks great. Like a few others said, if you could add a trajectory arc that would be very cool. I also think only having non-moving barrels at the beginning would be great so the beginning could be a little easier. For the time you had though this is a great game!

Great idea - like you said, the DK barrel thing is a hit. For three hours, this is killer. If you had more time, I think the best places to polish would be to see an arc of where the monkey goes and to make the start less of a waiting game (you can't see the second barrel until a while). Otherwise fun game!

I like the idea. I found the aiming really difficult though. Would have been nice if there were like a half second preview of the arc the monkey would take or something like that. I also wish there was a way to speed it up, especially at the beginning where you have to wait a few seconds until you can even see the barrel. Nice job though, especially for 3 hours.

All valid points!
I really think I could have balanced the game better (like speeding up the beggining, making so moving barrels only appear later, etc) in the 3 hours timeframe. But well, that's a learning experience for the next time.

Shooting a monkey from barrel to barrel… how did you come to THAT idea?? Made me laugh really - had much fun! Super :) great!

Haha. When I saw the theme Donkey Kong just popped in my mind and I couldn't think of anything else.

I really liked the game , even though it gave me PTSD from donkey kong.

Very nice idea, and completely in the theme.

It's too hard for me, but that's just a litlle balancing problem. The principle is fine, implementation a bit raw (I completely understand why ;) )

The game's idea and the game's main mechanic is great, but maybe you could've made the barrels bigger since it's hard to shoot the moving ones lol

I agree with that!
I spent too much time in some random things (First project I made with Godot, trying to learn it :P) so I didn't had the time to actually balance the mechanics. 
I'll take this feedback to hearth, next time I'll start easy and make it harder trough balance, instead of making it hard and make it easier later.

Yeah, I kinda overdid it on the difficulty department.
I wanted to add some variety to the barrels and didn't had the time to actually balance it.
Next time I'll balance it the other way: I'll start easy and balance it to be harder later. That way if I run out of time, the game is not exceedingly hard.
