I really like how as you keep going sound effects and visuals start to appear to distract you. It keeps the gameplay interesting!
Dang, this one’s a winner.
I was a bit foolish to not realize that you’re supposed to move LAST.
I guess I was not really paying attention to the title and description.
The visuals are just distracting!
great fit to the theme. that sound jingle is perfect - well done!
Really unique idea, it also fits the theme well, good work.
Had a lot of fun! The game really fits with the theme as well as the rising tension between master swordsmen. Also love the environment distractions that was implemented! Definitely affected my focus XD
I didn't like that I couldn't move first, even if I wanted to, at first I thought the game just didn't work, but then, I figured out, you HAD to wait until the other player moved. I realize that the point is to react to their movement, but I wanted to be able to move anyway.
I liked the distractions - occasional lightening / bird. I think the game matched the theme well.
Would have been cool to have several different moves, so you had to react with the correct one.
However, I realize 3 hours is short, so great job!
Very nice entry! Love the subtle thunder and lightning effects as well as the voice to try and throw you off.
I like the style and theme setting of this game. I wish the game mechanic could be expanded a bit, maybe with rock, paper, scissors style move and counter-move gameplay. Give time restraint an excellent submission.
Wouldn't that be pretty much like that one club penguin minigame then?
