The gameplay is fun and the controls add a nice challenge! The visuals and audio are great too! Very well done!
Thanks for playing ...I'm glad you liked it :)
Nice underwater effect and great pixel art. Vibe is amazing! Challenging controls
Thanks for playing ...I'm glad you liked it :)
Great design, and the artwork is outstanding! The controls were a bit challenging, but that actually added to the gameplay for me. I’m excited to see what you create next! Keep up the fantastic work!
Thanks for playing ...I'm glad you liked it :) you can check my profile for games I have already created...few came in the first 3 places in previous Trijams....
The controls (for the player movement) were kind of difficult, and it took me a while to realize you had to hold space to attack. but when I got the hang of it it was actually pretty fun (and cutting enemies in half was really satisfying)!
Thanks for playing ...i'm glad you liked it :) .... i used a rigid body for the player this time to get a different movement experience....and ya right, once you get a hang of the controls it is pretty fun to play.
nice!! I like how you incorporated 2 jam themes :) cool enemy designs too!! :)
Thanks for playing ...i'm glad you liked it :) .... I participate and submit games in multiple jams at a time. The reason is, it gives more exposure to my games and also makes it more challenging for me to develop a game based on multiple Jam themes and rules.
Cool entry! You did very similar to what we were attempting to do, but in 2d instead. We ended up with a little sea exploration project but the original intention was to dive deeper and deeper into the ocean finding more and more cool and hidden treasures.
The concept of continuing to go deeper as you progress is really cool. Would have been cool if you took the surface water away after level 1 and put a little cave top above it or something similar to show deeper. Cool idea!
Thanks for playing ...i'm glad you liked it :) .... ya i wanted to go back to 2D projects after creating multiple 3D ones ...also 3D games take too much time to develop and jams like Trijam provides only 3 hours to implement, so i thought 2D is better. I have not seen your project yet, will check it out.
Since I was out of time I couldn't do it, but after the jam I was planning to make the water darker as the level progresses. But now I like your cave idea. Thanks!
