I love it, great potential
I like it. The character reminds me of Clank. I like all the different moves you can do.
The controls are a bit off if you don't have the camera facing the right direction. But yeah. Good Job!
Good work! It's very challenging to tackle a 3D platformer in such a short timeframe. I found it a bit unintuitive to control the character, as rotating in one direction seemed to work more than the other and the movement didn't seem linked to the camera position. Due to the lack of checkpoints, this limited how much I was able to play. I enjoyed the momentum of the roll and stringing it together with a double-jump was quite cool. I also enjoyed the gears as obstacles and the clever way you wrapped the trash texture over those mound models to indroduce scene detail without sacrificing on dev time and performance. Would love to see some music and SFX if you plan on updating it further.
Creating a 3rd person 3d platformer in this timeframe is really impressive! Also very creative setting
I like the setting and the character. the third-person shooter but with cogs and gears is a nice idea. but the third-person controller is almost non-usable
Reminds me a lot of older PS2-era platformers! I initially had a really difficult time with keyboard and mouse, but plugging in a controller solved all of those issues. It was a little short overall, but still really cool!
I think I could only move my mouse the distance of my monitors, and I could not move the camera past that, made the platforming a little hard. I loved the design of the enemies, spider-like bionicle :D very cool ^-^
Controls were a bit wonky but otherwise solid!
I love the main character and the environment, really cohesive. The WASD movement is in cardinal directions which took a lil bit to get used to, but I got to the end!
The player controller is a little hard to get used to, but the idle animation is awesome.
