What assets did you use in this project?
A combination of Synty fantasy assets for the visuals, Emerald AI for quick pathfinding, and Hurricane VR for the robust interactions. For the particle effects, I used "POLYGON ARSENAL". Very nice looking stuff. Really tied all my visuals together.

Very good idea, the game seems to be well made when understanding the mechanics.
It is a bit overwhelming at first, especialy when not knowing the spell and trying to aim with them.
I'm curious to look at a gameplay of someone who know what he's doing :D
I'm the proud owner of a 3 highscore!
Tested on occulus rift and 1060 3g
Did have some trouble getting spells to work and aiming them, and sometimes it seemed when picking a spell if you brushed against an empty slot you would swap to an empty hand. Love the concept and think this could be a fun take on arena fighting!
Cool concept, I really enjoy arena style fighting games !
However I found the controlls very counterintuitive, I did need 3 tries to understand how to use the spells XD
I either wasnt sure if the spell is already equipped or while equipping it I was (unintentionally) holding the grip button and when I wanted to cast the spell I released it and the spell just fell onto the floor ^^
After some tries I got the hang of it but it was not that easy to aim for the other wizards.
Cool VFX and with some improved controls this could be really fun !
Nice job !
I appreciate the feedback. I agree the aiming could've been better, but I ran out of time. Probably need to slow the spells down a bit and offset the velocity of the character from the velocity of the spell.
Right, or some little aiming assistance could be fun. Like if your just some degrees off it auto aims at the enemy.
This is really well made - I had some trouble aiming the spells, but otherwise it was really enjoyable. The VFX added a lot of juice too
What do you think about Emerald AI compared to Unity’s built in stuff? Worth a buy?
I think Emerald is a fantastic prototyping tool for projects with a time crunch. I would say that if you want to implement your own health system, though, you should graduate to something more personal. Thank you for the feedback. I think most of the issue with aiming would be due to movement. If I have time, I may release a patch.
