You made nice use of the plants. There aren’t enough plants in rpgs. And the layout is good.

Very orderly presentation and easy to follow. I love the corpse orchid idea, though maybe intentionally introducing orchids earlier in the delve might make that thread more cohesive? The storage room seems like a treasure room!

A quick read thanks to the terse descriptions, making it practical and easy to run. There's plenty of fun stuff to be found in here; I especially like the Cathedral with strange goblin scrawling that turns out to be a handy spell, the Diorama Room with great implications, and the Forgotten Battlefield for the scene it sets.
A nice mystery blossoms here.
