man you never cease to amaze me with what you get Construct to do. As per some of the comments the camera was really intense it was a bit disorientating for sure. But I have to take my hat off to you man, you did a great job!!

First off, the graphics and sound were great, and the aesthetic was very nice. The minimap was also very appreciated.

I would have fixed the camera's rotation because the rotation was kind of disorientating.

There was a bit of confusion because it seemed like I had to juggle a lot. I think that maybe cutting out some of the mechanics to highlight others would have been a good choice. So maybe I could just have unlimited pizza to not worry about running out. It was also confusing exactly who I was delivering to at times. Maybe if they could have an arrow over their head?

All in all though impressive entry. Could use a bit more of a focus but it did have a good GTA/Crazy Taxi feel like you were going for.

Nice one!

Oh and like others said, the map was pretty big. You'd be surprised that sometimes a smaller map actually makes the game feel better. Seems counter intuitive but I read it in a Sid Mier book!

thanks for the feedback! The camera rotation can be disabled in the settings along with zoom control. Yeah I definitely think the map was extra large but was fun seeing how large a world using this generation method I could do :) good feedback on the juggling of tasks

Oh sorry i didn’t see the settings!

Developer(+1)

Yeah - i had the feedback similar to yours from some early testers on discord so I implemented those settings last minute.  Some people liked the camera rotation, some didn't lol so now the choice is yours

I could not play it, because the camera was shaking non-stop :(

Developer

yeah - I apologize :( i did not have time to test / optimize for other PCs so it chunks on machines that don’t have a decent amount of cpu / gpu

Great looking and super-slick :)

The map was so big, though, that I often found myself driving around desperately trying to find places to deliver the pizza, etc.

I wonder if a ‘view full map’ option would help there?

Developer

thanks! Yeah I plan on making the map much smaller in future versions and it will help with the performance on some machines as well.  I was pushing the boundary of what the engine could handle on my PC which is a pretty decent machine.
