i noticed one bug that i wasn't sure was intentional: when i captured the wall jump bug, the bug disappeared but its shadow remained and i would still be killed by its hitbox.

Cyber Bug WarsWhere to start...it's a very, very good game. Good graphics, good concept, little and very enjoyable platformer, a lot of good ideas, good sound design...
My only problem: those wall jumps gooooodness !! I had a haaard time going through the part where you fix them, having to hold the key towards the wall to jump is a bit of a problem.
Overall though, you deserve my stars and praise, it was good !

Glitched Multiverse (jam game)Great game! Love the visual consistency. Unfortunately didn't have much time to play because we have so many games to rate, so perhaps for game jams shorter cutscenes might be better!

<Glitch_Dash>Haha I liked the humour of the game, though didn't quite get what exactly happened in the end. Whereas, the art and audio were really great. I liked the game's atmosphere and the music was so calm and relaxing.
And about the game mechanics, I didn't quite get how bugs were actually fixed according to the instructions, but I somehow managed to do so. And that shadow mechanic was cool too.
Overall, you nailed the theme damn good. Great work!
Basically what happens is:
If you fix a bug (smash it with your stick) you fix it. Then it appears fixed on the bug list. If you die on that same level, this resets. If you played the browser version (or it seems like, even in the downloaded) you don't get the proper endings according to how many bugs you've fixed.
I am really thankful for your review, I really should have communicated its mechanics a little better, but I didn't quite have the time for that.
And, again, I'm really glad I could make a game that appealed to you. :)

I didn't intend to make the wall-jump so hard, but I didn't have time to make it assisted. But In the end, I'm not eve sure if I want to remove it. Mainly because it is optional, so if it is too hard for someone, they can just go without it. :) Hopefully it wasn't a big problem that I left it the way it is.
I really like the story! It's super original to play with a grandma XD Nice job! I also like a lot having to fix the bugs through the game :o

Unfinished GameI was comming to talk about the granny speed till I started to play and watched her naruto-run. I like the concept of killing the bugs to fix them. Cool concept! Very funny game. Music is nice! Congrats! if have a time come to check mine :) I will be glad! Good luck!
