Visuals seemed to to be put together quickly, but the animations were very satisfying.
Although I am not used to point and click sadly, so I had a hard time moving around (also, I felt that was not responsive enough, but that might be because I am not used to point and click).

Super nice use of 3D models animation! Nice concept idea of glitching through different zones! Well done!

A very interesting game with a giant potential. I admire that you have used 3D in such a short time frame. Awesome!

Well done! A little funky character movement but awesome game!

Good job, I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. Well done!
My only gripe would be the UI graphics ;)
Keep up the good work and stay funky,
Dez

Too sleepy back to bed, lol!  Spent a good amount of time picking berries; it wasn't obvious what was causing my player to glitch out and spawn in other locations; kind of just haphazardly searched for items and enjoyed the environment you setup.  :)

I liked the core idea! Felt a bit hard to understand at first but the game is pretty good. I really like it, if you continue working on this project it has a lot of future! The click movement is very well done and the player render is very good! Congratulations! If you have a time and can check my game I will be very grateful :) Cheers!

noice. Why not turn this into a long term game? moving the player feels good.

Developer

Thanks, I will think about it =)

Very nice! I didn't figure out for a while that the I could click on the cabbages, but after that I got into the game. Very nice sound effects and visuals. It wasn't clear either what the active items did, but I managed to finish the game without them.

Great work!

Please check out my game if you have time!

Love me some 3d games! Good job man this came out great.

Submitted(+1)

I'm not sure why you would want to switch what the active item is as they don't seem to do anything. The game looks nice though

Developer(+1)

I had an item interactions - some items in your inventory can interact with environment items. But it was removed due to lack of time.

It is in a game because you have a small chance to catch a bug while switching items.

Sucks that you didn't have enough time to implement it. You got a nice base for a game going on. Kind of curious what it could've become with more time.

Cool idea! Seems you overscoped a little. Game is confusing, moving and picking up sometimes doesn't work. Good visuals and I like that there are 2 endings!

A little =)

I didn't know how anything works and just pressed random buttons. but art and music was nice

Calm and relaxing, swusch, teleported by running into a berry (I gues, not sure ^^)

Nice little game :) I really liked the sound design and overall game loop.

Some suggestions for improvements:

  • I was quite confused about the teleport mechanic. Maybe a little more feedback (like a particle effect) would help to communicate it.
  • I think the movement would improve a lot if you used the mouse input continuously, so that the character keeps walking as long as I hold the mouse button.
  • Often I bumped into invisible walls, where it looked as if the level would go on. Maybe you could close those opening so that it communicates more clearly :)
Developer

thanks for the detailed feedback. I really appreciate that.

As for teleport mechanic, it was made intentionally, I wanted it to be more buggy, I have tried to add teleportation sound and effects, but it wasn't feeling buggy at all.

As for other two things, yeah, I really wanted to spend more time on level design, but time is limited =(

The artwork was really cool and I like how there's 2 endings, that makes it more interesting.

It's was really slow on my laptop, that's a shame =/

But nice job, specially for a 3D game. There's not a lot of those in jams because they're harder to make!

Very cool Idea! Great job submitting a game~

Yay, I got the good ending. It is and interesting take on a meta point and click adventure.

I felt like the graphics, ui and story could have used some polish... but it's a gamejam after all. :)

Submitted(+1)

I absolutely love the concept, super meta. Nice graphical style, just would've given it that extra cohesion if the player was low poly too. In terms of gameplay, not sure how many of the bugs were intentional but something kind of game breaking was that I seemed to have collected all the berries in the main room so I could no longer teleport. Perhaps I was just missing something.

Developer

berries should be used just to teleport to other locations, so yep, I thought about growing them back with the time, but it's a jam and I cut this idea as many others =)

Submitted

Hey totally fair enough. I meant, I thought some berries were for collecting and others were for teleporting so I thought I'd just clear all the non-teleporting ones but, instead I ended up just getting rid of all of them.
