This was a pretty interesting game to control haha :D
It's honestly impressive how you managed not to turn on the rotation constraints and still got a somewhat functional character controller going ^^
The fluffy pink rug and the strange naked characters were just the right amount of absurdity to suit the bizarre controls - good choice!
It's a bit unfortunate that you can't retry the boss if you die at it. It just gives you a fake victory screen and throws you right back to the start. I would've liked to see what happens after the boss but I got stuck in a wall and lost the fight without a chance .__.
Still though, great game, lots of fun!
Thank you for the awesome feedback! I set the scope of the game small because I was working alone and had no code or art that I could recycle. I could have made it a little longer but I was just happy to finish. So the boss is the end of the game regardless. It's a good point I should have let the player retry the boss over and over. It is bad game design, instead of trying to keep the player in the game my game tries to send them back to my boring menu hahah thank you for pointing that out! I got the character stuck in the roof a few times not completely sure why as the rb collision detection is set to continuous. I will have to have a closer look as to what is happening there.

Interesting mechanic, coins were well balanced. I don't know how I defeated the boss, I basically jumped towards him head down and that turned out to be a good idea. Loved the animations. Well done!
The sound effect of the tip pop-up became grating. CTRL wasn't a great keybind for me as CTRL+A/S/D/W triggered functions on my browser. Though, I liked the whimsical feel of the game.
That's pretty funny! The player character reminds me of the game franchise "Worms". The falling over was a bit annoying at times. Got to the win twice by falling down at the right side. Never found the boss though, or found a way to open/enter the big door.

The door opens only when you kill all the enemies 4 in total. It says that on the information card at the start the one you can toggle with the letter "i". "Kill all the enemies then head to the door". The win thing is intentional, I thought it would be funny if you went even when the player dies lol sadly it just confused more people lol.
Uhm, okay? I killed the green enemy and won the game. From the pictures it seemed like there would be a big grey-green-ish boss. Also, I attacked the ground but the character didn't get back up. The mechanic is fun, but the falling over isn't great.
yeah I definitely put a priority on having the game have bugs and flaws if this was intended to be a actual release I would cool alot of that down. If you hit the green guy and won it's because you actually died and just for a laugh I made the game always go to the win screen lol. Also the coins are there for resetting the player aswell. Attacking the ground will allow the player to pop up off the ground when face down you still need to find a way to rotate the player. Thanks for playing! I'll give yours a try!

The games mechanic is super cool, but also a little frustrating at times. Maybe you could add an option, to make standing up easier, because most often you just die from falling down and jumping away from the platform. It's still very fun and I really liked the art-style of your game. Keep it up!
Thanks for the feedback! The coins are there to allow you to stand up and reset the player you didn't find that enough? Also I put parts of the level that can help you stand the player up by rolling him around. Yeah the idea was to make it buggy and have the difficulty of the game stem from the unpredictability of keys getting stuck and the fact that the player can fall over at any point. I had a lot more ideas for this game however time constraints got the better of me as it was all from scratch and I was working alone. I think I could have done more tutorial popups to teach players how better to navigate the games unpredictability. Like how you can cancel out the stuck keys or hit the ground to jump up when facing down. Appreciate the feedback, Ill keep working at my game design skills :p and again really enjoyed your project.

Yeah, I should have done two extra tutorial cards, one when you first fall over to explain that you can strike the ground for knockback and one to say if the button gets stuck on jump you can hit attack and be suck in attack or vice versa. Anyway it's a jam game so can't over think it :P Thanks for playing, I will try yours as well.
