Got it is such a hard hard game, I love it, the visuals, the concept, it's great but dear god it's hard
Fun game, really glad I got to play a reverse metroidvania.
It was a bit tough at the beginning figuring out what to do and everything I could use. Took me a bit too long to figure out that umbrellas could get me past waterfalls. I think there's a bit to the left where you start where there's a bit of light that looks a bit like a wall.
It was a fun game and I found the ending funny but a bit sad.
A Good game where you lose yourself, or parts of what you can do!
I really like the game, because you first have to see all your options before giving parts of you to your friends (which is a great way to look at the theme(you dont just die, but you lose parts of your character to progress)). these things change how you navigate through the map which is also cool.
I have a small nitpick, and thats the waterfall. At first I didnt knew they were hurting me because they blended in with the background. But after a little bit of time, you know what hit you and how to avoid them.
Good Job!
Thank you! Our first draft had you actually losing body parts as you lost your abilities, but there wasn't enough time to finalize that feature.
nice simple game, like it much and the controls great
This is such an overlooked game. It's really nice to see how you gradually explore this world and figure out the right order of things to give away. Solid game!
I liked the approach of giving up abilities in the right order to help your friends. It had too many other obstacles for me though so I didn't finish it. I think it's a better puzzle game then skill based platformer. I really like the duo-chrome art! Overall an awesome entry, well done.
We've gotten this a lot from sources outside itch, and will put less emphasis on obstacles such as enemies and danger if we further develop this concept!
