I like the integration of the theme. For the dash I would prefer it sent me in the direction I was moving/facing rather than be bound to opposite mouse buttons. I like the way the character animates while jumping, was unique. Motion blur made it a bit difficult to read what's happening. Congrats on getting something done for the jam :)

Developer

Thanks, feedback is important, and you gave me one :)

It's awesome that you like the integration of theme, i am glad to hear it because i was worried about that :)

Yeah, about dash, you are right. I mean.. I played lots ofgame with dash but while making game i didn't even think about that...

Yeah i like those animations too :)

About motion blur well, everyone said that, so this is the biggest mistake of the game probably.. Thanks for commenting it, i will try to not make same mistake agan..

Thanks, and congrats to you too :)

nice work. Unfortunately there are only 3 upgrades

Developer

Well when i began this project my aim was to make 5 upgrades, but then i thought polishing stuff and improving graphics was the "priority"..

You are quite right at saying only 3 upgrades :) .. But i do not regret, i believe implementing them better was more important...

Well other than that, I am sooooooo glad you described my game "nice" :)

Thanks

Music was... questionable. and the motion blur and those spike balls suck... other than that I somehow enjoyed it a lot.

Developer

Well, music i indeed "A Bit Strange" but i liked it anyway.. So i left it, but maybe it could be better to think that again,  i just liked and left it..

I feel kinda bad for that..

Well indeed games blur is strange.

In my opinion spikes were actually good because they were almost only reason to make this game not boring (I mean too easy) but if i don't think about that.. Yeah they are bad.

Thanks for this great feedback :)   I am pretty happy to see i was able to entertain people a bit :)

The music is funky and the visuals are good. I especially like the way you took the theme. It seems like a more involved take on what I did in our game. One thing that I feel could have been done differently is by making the dash based on the direction you are looking rather than having individual buttons for each direction, but that is a gameplay decision, and it's your call to make.

I am glad you liked main idea :)..  Well, you are probably right about dash.. i didn't think that.. Thanks!

I worked on visiuals a lot, i am happy to see you like it..

I will check your game, i am curious about similarities..  (edit=i checked it :))

Have a nice day, And thanks!

the dash only sends you to the right and the screen can get a bit blury other then that a pritty good idea

Developer

Nooo dash send you to mouse button you clicked ;) left click to left dash..  Oh i am so happy to hear you liked generic idea :)  Yeah sometimes its can be blury but it wasnt too annoying for me (i hope you think like that too)
