Nice game.
Can you please add a save feature?
Good card mechanics, I would like see that concept expanded more!
Thank you! We have plans for future updates that will expand the gameplay, and also fix up the UI and such. We hope you'll like those!
I really enjoyed playing this after playing almost only arcade like games today! This feels like it has lot's of potential that just can't be done in 48h. Do you plan any post-jam updates?
We do have plans to update it. We've gotten lots of good feedback so our plans are to get a UI update out first, possibly with sounds coming out as well, then expanding the gameplay as well. So glad you liked it!
I agree with previous comments that some more feedback/info could be good but the concept is really intriguing and I could see myself playing more of this :)
Thank you! Yeah, we have plans for UI improvements but we're so pleased that the core concept came through and y'all are enjoying it!
A nice idea. Probably could have used a bit more visual feedback and maybe a little more instruction. I wasn't entirely sure what was going on a lot of the time. Might work very well on a tabletop though!
This was pretty cool, I enjoy stuff like this. I would agree with some others, the UI is a little lacking, and after one of the like stages I had some text that was just going off the bottom of the screen. But good job.
Cool game! I'm always up for some D20 fun :)
I agree with one of the comments below that the UI is lacking, for some reason I just ended up clicking randomly after some time. Though honestly I don't know what you could do specifically to fix it. It's still a fun game though! I like the art for the main characters.
UI work we have planned but we're so glad that the idea and fun came out, and we're really happy with the art. Thanks, we really appreciate the feedback!
Some cool ideas in here. Would love to play more with a more polished feel
Thank you! We do have updates planned!
UI/UX is quite crucial for a card game. I don't know why but it was hard for me to process what's going on in the game.
But it looks beautiful nonetheless. Also making a card game in 2 days is not easy. So good job on that too! Loved it.
I agree, I did feel like we really were weak on the UX and it's one of the things we have on our list to work on, once we've recovered from this lol
Thanks for your feedback!
Okay I suck at it but my god what did you do that's amazing
Art is beautiful, music is beautiful, gameplay is very original ! If this wasn't a game for a jam, a little bit of a tutorial or training path would have been the perfect addition, still, amazing !
Definitely in our plans to explain more how to play within the game. Thanks for your complements and feedback! We really appreciate it
The art is great, the gameplay is interesting and fun! Really like this game!
Thank you!
I love strategy games, and there's a lot of things that speak to me here. At the same time, I also feel like the game played me more than I played *it*, if that makes sense. Definitely a title I'd return to if worked further upon, there's a lot of potential here :D
Definitely make sense, and is somewhat intended, but we do have plans for expanding player choice and skill more. Thanks for your feedback!
Bold attempt to try a card based dungeon crawler but you did it anyways! It would have been nice to have the abilities/utilities explained with a bit more in detail but you were able to figure them out eventually yourself. The generated text messages were pretty cool with their dynamic values. Of course the length of a dungeon was not too long but I guess nobody expects that from you. I think it rather resembles a good prototype of what it might (have) become one day. Wish you all the best :)
Thanks for your feedback! We definitely felt like we left things unexplained but tried to keep things really simple since we had very little time. We have plans to work on it a lot more, after some rest lol
Did you make the art yourself? Looks very good :)
We did! Thank you!
