I want to start with congratulating you on uploading your Jam Game. The game opened for me, and I was able to play it something I feared and came close to not being possible with my submission. During my play I was in the ground even after quitting out the application and resetting my view. I got a little motion sick playing due to this bug. I know it had to be rough because I have a decent set of VR legs with my first experiences coming from working in a VR arcade. The obstacles weren't spawning on the tight rope most of the time. I'm not sure if that was meant to be there or was a bug I don't want to assume and jump to conclusions. I will say that I do see the vision of the game and like where it could go. With more time, I believe this would be one of the best experiences.

The environment was nice, and I enjoyed it very much. I even liked and enjoyed the opening song. I did have issues with controlling the ball, however I'm more than willing to chop that up to a skill issue, lol. I would love if it was a little more to it than just rolling the ball I got a little bored after a while and was looking more toward finishing than enjoy the experience. With the time constraint I personally would've enjoyed a shorter map and more gameplay interactions. Nevertheless, good work and keep it up.
The vibe of them game was great the sound, and environment was pretty good. With time constraints consider it was a complete experience. The short fall was just game play I didn't feel very enthusiastic playing just lighting fires seem a little on the dull side and the crystals that came flying felt like they had little impact. Creating a clear understanding for the player on how to interact with the crystals would help. Having a corrupting effect happen on the player the more they were hit by them would be cool.
Soon as I get home I’ll add a video. It’s just a swing at their weapon before theirs hit you or taking them out before they reach you. It was easy for me to play and what I was most worried about was the direction of enemies, however I mad the game, lol. After your input it does put things in prospective. The idea was it was a trap system so that you aren’t too close to one portal and die to quick. I’ll update speed and add in teleportation and the menu option for vignette. Thank you for the input hopefully I can make these things better and for the next Jam make sure this qualities aren’t missed out on due to time constraints. Can’t wait to try your game.
Hi, I'm A.D.D. and I am a solo dev most of my experience is in programming with these languages: C#, C ++, Python, Matlab, Assembly. I'm also in the works of getting my own indie game studio together as I am working to finish my first game. Do to me being a solo dev I'm trying to learn all I can but that will take some time. I would love to have an artist to work with during the jam so the game would have its own style instead of having to use someone else's assets from a store. If all goes well, I would love if the artist stayed and helped with the art for my studio also.
