As the title suggests, I'd love to hear what you like or don't like about the game! I want to be able to better understand the general opinion on the game so I could keep growing it in the right direction!

By the way, I really recommend getting the v1.1 version since the Jam version is broken almost completely for anyone who wants to rate the game (of course, it's still there for those of you who want to rate it as it was submitted).

Training only the finest of monkeys of this generation.

Interesting game, though it was incredibly difficult to progress past the second hill for me. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but I kept getting stuck on any one of the tiles on the second hill and could only actually go backward. Other than that, seems like it would've been a pretty neat game!

Really nice game! I really liked the puzzles you had for us, and you even took the time to make a puzzle editor! (Though I didn't actually try it, heh) Nothing bad to mention here!

The premise is nice, though it is a bit challenging (the second level was quite tough!) The only other noteworthy thing is that respawning takes about 5 seconds in a game where you could die pretty easily. Other than that, good game!

Snake but not snake, very nice! I like how there's a change in what you have to do in order to separate this game from the classic snake, though the slow movement rate made the game kind of hard to play, in a way. (I'm not sure if this was a bug or not, but after eating an enemy, going the direction opposite of the way you were facing could cause you to lose the game! I lost twice because of this, heh)

I like how you included a little story in-game to describe the situation to us! The game wasn't bad to play though I seem to have been losing health after getting close to areas where enemies have previously died, and that killed me tons of times. Other than that, it was simple yet enjoyable!

Great game! I like how you interpreted "bugs" as an actual gameplay mechanic! (Well, how it was implemented!)

This game is pretty cool to play! It's simple yet still requires some degree of decision-making (though are the chests all supposed to return nothing?) Nice job!

I'm not entirely sure how the game is meant to be played. I tried to connect nodes but apparently I just lose? Looks like it has potential, I'm just not sure how to actually play it, heh. (The game could also benefit from some sounds!)

The game could've benefitted from sounds, but the gameplay isn't too bad. It would've been useful to know how much energy you had via a UI bar or such though, as the changes in the electricity around the player are too subtle to notice right away.

The game could've benefitted from audio, but honestly the gameplay is pretty good and it was kind of fun to go after all the enemies in order to get loot! (I do wish the game could've introduced me to the inventory option earlier though, I didn't quite know I could upgrade my sword early on)

The game could've benefitted from having sounds and possibly different bug types, but overall it wasn't too bad. (Though I did get confused when bugs were morphing into tiles? I also reached a negative score one time, so I was wondering if there was some sort of losing system but didn't find any)

Short and sweet.

It's a pretty neat platformer, and good for casual playing. I also like how you added the dialogues to give your hunting a sense of purpose, nice touch! The only slight problem I had was platforming in the forest stage, but I was able to figure it out soon enough. Good game!

It could've used in-game instructions and perhaps more player involvement than "click and pray". (I didn't quite see the "Click the base and pay" part until after the first round) It's also hard to tell whether or not an enemy's about to die or not, and the win condition is solely based on random chance (hope you don't get many bugs to spawn at once!)

At least the art is decent!

"To malloc, or not to malloc."

Pretty cool game, I like your implementation of the bug theme! I got stuck on the missing wireframe collisions puzzle for almost 20 minutes, but it was still interesting to watch as the error logs filled up.

Thanks for playing Scrapyard! Yeah, the areas are generated randomly so that's also why there was that exit under the entrance bug. (I was originally gonna fix that but the jam only had 10m left in submission time, though I still didn't make it on time, heh). Thanks for letting me know of the spots that can be improved, that's really going to help with future games of mine!

Not sure what happened there then, but they weren't with me at the end

It's a pretty nice game, though at level 3 the resolution of the game pushed it out of my reach. (I was also toying around with the editor cause why not and when I tried to save it crashed)

The game was pretty fun to play, and the different levels and weapons were all interesting to see as well, but the audio is so loud! I made the mistake of having my headphones at 10 volume and getting my ears blown off to the jet missile sounds! Other than that, great game despite the fact that it's missing a lot!

I killed all the enemies and brought ruin to the planet by making extensive use of dynamite and fire! It looks like it could be an interesting idea once you flesh it out. (Also, having too much water on the screen lags the game beyond being able to move properly)

Nice game! I only got to level two (cause Red here decided he wants to get in my way the whole game) but it's actually been pretty fun! The music is nice too

This was actually a pretty good way to interpret the "Low-Budget" theme! It surely was an interesting 5 seconds of gameplay (And an extra two minutes of gameplay for attempting to move the files around)

Pretty cool game!

What a cool game! I love the idea though the camera was really wonky.

Pretty cool game! I like the way the game is played and how you have to rush to create and deliver the donuts while dodging enemy fire!

The art and gameplay for the game aren't bad, but it wasn't clear if what you had to do was shoot the enemies or get past them to reach an end point, I just kind of won randomly. (There's also no way to leave the win screen?)

I like the spritework of the game! The music and sound effects are good too! Pretty good game

Pretty cool game! Though it could use an indicator for how many bombs can hit the city before you lose
