Pretty neat idea of a tower defence game where you play as lifeguards to keep tourists from drowning! Would've liked a progression system where you could only start out with a few towers and got points/cash when you caught tourists to build more towers.

I got a highscore of 103!

It was pretty hard to keep the wife happy even with the hamburgers!

Pretty enjoyable and stressful watching those sliders go down

Thank you for playing!

Thanks for your comment! We worked pretty hard to get those to work as clean as possible, still some work to be done but feel like we got on the right track!

Thanks for the link, those work great as well!

Thanks! The fighting mechanics is a bit precise, you need to look directly at the monsters and run into them to hit them before they hit you!

I went to destroy the toilet paper first because I'd figured that would give me the highest score! Figured out that you didn'r really have to run around to destroy things since I could just hit ste same spot over and over with my highscore going up.

Cool concept of trashing the store to try to get fired though

Yeah unfortunately we missed that when we packaged the game, for anyone having issues:
We've uploaded the official installer for them here:

This was made in only three hours? Well done!

I like the concept, it had a bit of a idle-game feel to it.

I can imagine this game could work well while procastinating or rewatching shows! I made it to level 5!

Nice concept! It was fun trying to avoid the sniper, pretty hard game!

I would suggest adding volume settings to the game as it was super loud!

Yeah I can imagine that!
But that's what's charming about gamejams! It pushes people to try out new ideas very quickly.

I think that if you worked more on this game and polished it you have a fun game-idea in here!

Pretty cool idea! Really well done within the timeframe.

With some more polish and getting the enemies to attack more parts of the ship (Mostly every enemy attacked the front) and some clearer abilities you could have a great game on your hands!
Well done

What a great pass that is. Great goal

I came for the cats and stayed for the conga!

Pretty simple and fun game, although it felt a little buggy when the drawn line wasn't the way the cat walked but instead it just walked the closest way to the endpoint.

But great job for the jam! Cute cats

Fits the theme well, cute little game!

Would've loved some more complex levels where you need to do some more puzzle solving with both dinosaurs, each level could now be completed with just moving one dinosaur.

For instance like one having to stand on a button to open a door so the other one could cross.

But well done for the gamejam!

Haha I love that little ambush story!
Thank you for your thought out input. Animations were litteraly the last thing we added and we didn't manage to polish everything up to the standard we wanted. The UI as well, actually used canvas elements but since that was a pretty small part of the game we didn't focus that much time on it. Will definitely have to look up some good tutorials on the matter To show enemy health is a great idea, that simply fell between the cracks.

The ambush part is meant as a place where the player is completely vulnerable and can't do anything else to dodge the enemies. If you retract the anchor from the pressure plate and then put it back they will indeed spawn again and that is the leveldesign that we were after.

I'd sugest trying that part again but try to dodge the skeletons until the door has opened then you can start attacking again and move forward towards the end!
Thank you so much for the in depths comment, we truly appreciate it.

Thanks Witty! Glad you liked it, we were a bit late adding the animations into the game so we didn't have time to polish them to our liking. This is definitely a game we feel could be worth continue working on! Thanks again!

Thanks! We thought long and hard about how we would make the player more vulnerable at times and then we added that pressure plate! Definitely needs more work with the polish, especially with the melee attack, and we had some more gameplay ideas that we didn't manage to get in the game. Thank so much for your input

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're really proud of the look of the game given the timeframe! Happy you enjoyed it!

Came in unprepared, based on the title I thought it would be a pretty chill game but it went dark very quickly. Did not expect that! I mean wow, your game really moved me. Somehow think this is a story written on personal events. Really well done, take care of yourself!

Cool idea! I feel like this would make a great mobile game.

Really fits the theme of the jam as well.

It got surprisingly hard when you came up in levels!

Wow this was a really unique idea.

Had some issues with clipping but other than that, really cool. Enjoyed it alot! Well done

This would work well as a two player game! It hurt my brain a little trying to control it myself but I enjoyed it, superhard! Well done

Loved the graphics, especially the camera effects!
Well done fun game

Thanks! We worked hard getting the right artstyle and feel for the game!

Thanks for your comments! We had some more level ideas that we didn't manage to get in within the timeframe and the anchorthrow is very powerful, great job completing the game!

Yeah that needs some tweaking and the animation is a bit slower than the actual attack!

The anchor throw is very powerful as well.
Thanks for your comments!

Thank you so much :)
We worked hard getting the right artstyle for the game!

Thank you and great job completing the game!

Just use "Left click" on the mouse!
The animation is slower than the actual registered attack though but it should be possible!

Thanks for enjoying the game!

Fun and super challenging!

It could've been nice with a freeze-frame for a few seconds with the new molecule between levels

Thanks for your nice words! Did you manage to beat the game? :)

We added the animations in the final hours of the game and a few was a bit broken (Like attack animations) but that's part of the charm of a game jam! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and enjoying the visuals! I noticed the camera stutter as well, gonna need to check that up!

Very challenging and a nice puzzeler!

Great presentation but would've prefered to jump with space instead of W!

These minigames reminded me alot of the Wario games on Nintendo DS!

Great fun, but a few minigames was a bit hard to understand.

Laughed out loud for the voiceovers, well done!

Fun little game!

Very chaotic with the burning mall, loved the popups from the people!

I like the concept, but some things (melee, jump boxes) is a bit finicky. A real test of patience ;)

Artstyle is great! This would be cool for a mobile game

Thanks! That was the general idea :) After all, you're turtles trying to control a spaceship ;) Thanks for your input!

Thanks! We had some more ideas we wanted to implement but it wasn't possible within the timelimit. For instance a longer map and some story elements. Glad u liked it!
