Neat network management sim! Would've liked if there was a bit more to do since once you've got the lines established it's kinda just clicking on the bugged lines, but with more gameplay variety this would be a very neat time. Great work!

such an interesting creative idea! in the future, with more polish, explanation and balancing, this game could be made very fun.
Holy crap this was awesome! I don't want to spoil it, but when the camera zooms out at that one moment I was shocked at the scale. Really well designed game with a good loop. Extremely satisfying SFX and the score was well done and fit well! I really liked how the track evolved over the course of playing. When the stacc cello came in I loved it. As others have said I think some color swapping of elements to bring more clarity would be good, but thats just a minor polish thing. I feel like this is really elevated by how far you took the theme of scale. Super well done guys!
Fun Idea. The early stages are rather difficult, but as soon as all nodes are online, everything flows nicely.
The game would benefit from some visual clarity. Also I'm unsure how the fixing of bugged connections works. Should one click be enough? I had to spam click, to get it to be debugged.
With some more polish it could be a really fun game!
I wasn't really able to play fully because due to graphical bugs, I could only play the game if I disabled the tutorial, and then I didn't know what I was doing lol 😅 But the idea is very creative!
Very clever and cool interpretation of the theme. I feel like the early stages are really unforgiving. I lost pretty quickly multiple times without a lot of visual clarify on what I was doing wrong. Would love to see this game polished up for a full game, I really like the premise! Nice job!

The game looks really interesting, but for the second tutorial the x goes out of screenand I cant select wich computer for information to be sent, is there a way for me to fix this?
It worked! I decreased the zoom to 80% and reloaded the screen and it worked. I really enjoyed the game, its relaxing but the bugged networks give you something to do while other networks dont appear. The artwork is simple but that makes it easyto understand and interprite. Well done oncompleting this game, I really enjoyed it :)

This is such a clever and fun little game! I really enjoyed looking for links while vibing to the background music, it is a strangely zen experience to build the internet.
As others have said, I had a bug where I couldn't close the second tutorial, but I was able to reload the page and it didn't happen again.

It’s an interesting concept, and quite fun to play as well.
My main complaint is the bugs. Not sure if it’s browser-related or not but the tutorials were partially out of screen (which got somewhat fixes by lowering the page scale and reloading the game), and dragging the camera was kinda weird. I lost because of that - it took me too long to find where the computers are.
I’d also suggest increasing the hitboxes for computers and links - these were on the smaller side making it harder to click, especially since this is a thing you want to do quickly.
As for the gameplay, I didn’t feel a need to switch the flow on half-duplex links. Maybe you could add an indicator near the computers that would slowly fill up if they don’t send data for a while? That would allow me to see when it’s time to switch these.
Good job on your entry, I think with a bit of polish and bug fixing it’ll be a great little game!

I plan on adding some mouse sensitivity settings, I tried playtesting to make the camera movement speed quick but not hectic, but that wasn't enough. Oh regarding the simplex/duplex links, I was planning on making it more useful as in early stages it would be more about switching which computer transfers and all that, but due to time constraints I trimmed a lot of the content in order to get to the scale magnifying part.

Wow, this looks really cool! Unfortunately the "X" on the second tutorial phone went off the screen and I couldn't click it. Maybe a browser issue? I'm on Firefox. Still looks fun though!
Clever game ! I enjoyed it. Slight bug (or is it a feature I didn't understand ?) in which sometimes you just can't create connections anymore (the link appears but disappear when you click the second point)

I really like this idea. Not sure I fully grasped what was going on. In the first area it’s really easy to miss the last little computer that pops up and I was able to farm a hefty score. My only real complaint here is that when you get to see the larger regions and it wants you to zoom in (actually whenever a new set of nodes appears) you lose incredibly fast. The last playthrough I was doing pretty well but that fourth region spawned while I was maintaining a network and before I could even find the computers there the game was over.
Overall though, really creative! Had fun with it.

So, the satisfaction meter (that blue bar) when you start new regions change to only increase by 1 per second per region that has no bugs, however every computer not connected to any other computers decreases points every second. I didn't have much time to test the end game so it got stupidly hard.
Interesting take on building and scaling up. I think there's a good game base here, even though my following feedback might sound harsh - a lot of it has to do with player feedback and interface. It was hard to tell if I was clicking on the right things (am i clicking on the line or not). The tutorial dialog should always be visible while you are doing what it tells you to do. The color palette (brown/gray/purple) makes it harder to see the difference between connected, dual-connected, and broken links. I'm not sure what the loss condition is exactly (the meter), or why I need to create dual-links (or what causes links to become dual-linked). I lost very quickly after setting up other geographical sites, and wasn't sure what caused that loss while I was in the zoomed-out view.

Yeah I thought about making the computers/links change in size or change colors while hovering but I had time. I chose to make the tutorial dialog stop time so the player could have time to read, but I didn't think about opening it back, noted! The loss condition is due to network satisfaction, the tutorial only brushes through it, but the idea is that you're building the internet, and there are lots of doubters so every bugged link counts against you, so does every computer that is not connected (in my head I had all this lore of people feeling like the internet was this elitist club lol). The zooming generally ends in a game over because I removed the time pausing during zooming, but I'll fix that!

Allow the user to be able to interact with the computer even when you display the helping text, I took some time to figure out why i couldn't link the computer at first
The brown of the duplex and the gray of the broken link are hard to differenciate
I died instantly when the second main city spawn

Yeah I'll ask someone who has a better eye for colors on the next version of the game, I tried to choose colors that allowed good contrast but I might have failed miserably lol. Would it be better to warn the player that time is paused during the helping text? Or really allowing them to build? I thought pausing would suffice because reading while the satisfaction meter drains was too punishing.
I really liked this game! The game felt overall really satisfying and managing all the like at once to stop them from being glitch was a good level of challenging. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but new computer stopped appearing after a while, which make this game great but it could use a little more runtime (I understand though that with the limitations of a gage jam this can be tough). One thing I felt a little offput by was the small hitboxes of the lines and computers. Especially when you zoom out, it would be great if the hitboxes for the computers and links were bigger, so it would be easier to click and select. The element are usually not close together anyways so I think this would be great change. Overall, I really enjoyed this simple yet fun game. Good job!

Hmm, that might have been a bug, as computers should never stop appearing. The idea is that the camera zooms out more and more as the network grows, so you have to keep an eye out for any computer that wants to connect. Although the scaling got a bit off due to lack of playtesting the later stages. In my original idea you would be dealing with regions in the endgame, but I had to scrap that for time and it became a "look for buggy connections around the globe".
