The colored shadows on the floor are a bit hard to figure out, I wanted it to be part of the challenge but it might be too much of a challenge, I'll revisit that mechanic. The "safe zone" idea was going to be part of the dark lens functions, I plan to implement something like that though. Thank you for playing!
This was fantastic to play! I enjoyed the music and movement, I didn't feel alchemy was well implemented but the shadowing health system was brilliant. Maybe add a way to create glowsticks? It could replace your holy water as healing and add the element of alchemy of mixing stuff to create the glowsticks. Great work either way!
I was just sticking with the sprite pack I was using for simple testing and functionality, I plan to remake the whole game with better design and more in depth. I went with water beats fire (obviously), fire beats plant(obviously again), and plant beats water (plants absorb water). I will definitely make it more apparent about which faerie is which.
