Hey! Thanks for taking the time to play our game and sharing your feedback. We didn't have too much time to work on the sound design because we prioritized other aspects of the game. However, we're eager to improve it in the future, incorporating specific music for the boss fight and various cool sound effects, as you mentioned.

We considered the possibility of having seven modes, but, of course, that was a huge scope for a game jam. We also discussed the idea of unlocking and using a third mode after defeating the final boss, but it proved to be too much as well. Consequently, we opted for the "To Be Continued" ending, leaving room for imagination 😁.

Good game! We took a similar approach in our game with the concept. I'd suggest adding the controls from the start, so players don't need to figure them out on their own. Another improvement could be providing an easier way to switch modes, perhaps using the mouse wheel, so players don't have to release their fingers from WASD to make the change.
Hi! Thank you so much for your words. I agree we should do some adjustments to the enemies, it's a bit hard to balance difficulty during a game jam when a lot of things are constantly changing 😅. Regarding controls, we are aware it's a bit hard to play with the touchpad, we would like to add support to play with joystick so we give more options to the players.
