Unbelievable haptics and juice just wow

And here is a hint of how it works:

LOL THIS COMMENT CHAIN HAS ME DEAD

yea totally valid. its probably a good thing if you are not associating money with power too directly lol

This was a lot of fun! Took a lot of self control to stop trying to use the ice ability to solve level 7..

oh my god during every playtest I could not figure out an answer to that prompt and now I know it thanks to you. I was not the one writing the prompts lol

Kinda random but i was really blown away by the intro title sequence lol. I really loved that and those black screens with the pink guy! Just a great way to set the mood

This is my favorite use of the theme so far. diverting power to different functionalities and having it very clearly and directly effect the gameplay is such a cool idea and then you executed it so well here it really does work. I love that lowering the engine power makes it harder to turn and that as you upgrade the weapon it starts to look cooler and sound cooler. All of those little details really add together and made this game rock!

Employee of the moment would be such a hilarious concept for a big fortune 500 company. I'm imagining them displaying it on their main homepage. This game was so creative and had incredible vibes. Reminded me of hylics but it totally had its own unique direction!

This is just incredible. The potential nuance of this system is just amazing and it was really fun to play and the excitement of knowing there were more powers to go learn and try out was really cool and really nails the feeling of knowledge is power which is sounds like is exactly what you were going for.

My favorite strategy was to spam "HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" and then when i was in trouble i could just add a "OT"

I also cannot believe you made it so players type the menu options and that they still work even when you are not in the menu and just playing the game. That is such a fun little gimmick and I'm so impressed you didnt have any issues with words typing into eachother (like hot into hotdog) since the typer automatically sends words once it detects one. And making left shift a speed boost was just amazing 10/10!

HOW DID YOU HAVE TIME TO DO THIS IN A WEEK OH MY GOD

Yea this is the longest I've played any games in the jam so far. I think by not removing my powerups after each death I got addicted to the idea of becoming extremely OP and just wanted to keep going

I LOVED THIS SO MUCH. I cannot believe how effective the mechanic of allowing players to select their own controls was. By day 2 I had already absolutely screwed myself over by designing unintuitive controls that made a lot of sense to me during the planning phase..

A huge part of why this game worked so well for me was how well you executed the game. It was very intuitive. Having players assign keys to the titlescreen was such a genius way to explain the concept. I did not even read the instructions going into the game but i figured it out very quick. Also the indication of the battery dropping helped a lot. Just really well done great work on this!

This was so ridiculous. Nothing could have prepared me for the presentation and mechanics of this game. Even the car engine sound had sort of a ghostly vibe to it..

I really loved the use of having physical items stacked on top of eachother be part of the chaos. I don't think ive ever really played one of the cooking games and had the actual organization of your materials and what not be a part of the game like this. I have very limited kitchen space irl so this was really relatable lol

Where's the level 100 girl mafia boss??!?!?

This was SO COOL. I can't believe how well built out this is for one week. A finalized, polished version of this game would easily become one of my favorite games of all time. Having it so that putting a key in a room locks the door to the north is such an incredible creative way to make that mechanic work in a consistent way.

This had me laughing really hard lol. The little details like you slowly moving the bat back with each question and at the end when you have to wait for the ball to get over home and pressing space bar didn't actually swing it. Absolute gold

I played this for way too long lol. I really like the idea of having the shooting mechanic be an automatic shot that places a floor trap down. That is not something I've ever really seen as the main damage in a game like this. I was really impressed with this game!

I spent so long trying to just still play golf with my original ball and dodge bullet from the enemies as if they were just course hazards lol

RIP sorry just checked the code and saw this. I should have put ">=" lol. It's ok, you are a winner to me.

glad you enjoyed!
