I beat him, but why would I then still...

The second world was speedrunned to be honest, out main idea was to make 7-12 worlds, but when we saw the timer again, goal changed just to make planets amount atleast plural.

Idea was to make worlds as different as possible, nobody knows how many and what civilzations exist in this expanding universe.

Mediocre, but iconic.

Hard to understand what to do, but I managed to get past the movable box room.

Gamplay is buggy, collider check sometimes let me pass through text.

Looks like Gameboy library is missing this one.

This is a solid entry!

Really fun, but I'd even say a little too easy. Level select screen is def somewhat a Gamboy game would have

Doesn't work :(

This is fire, gameplay is fire, the music is fire!

Hey, don't ever feel bad for having to criticize anything at all. Trust me, all reviews are valuable to devs, especially well argumented ones, they are the reason we evolve. Thanks for every word!

Jam hosts shouldn't damage the game's rating alot. It managed to hit a popular spot and also misbehavior was unintentional (I suppose).

Has some reference from developing with Unity Engine. It would be comical if the game itself was not made with Unity!

Very balanced gameplay, simple but neat visuals. Definitely a game, which would appear next to tetris if was developed in 90's!

Neat visuals, definitely reminds of Gameboy!

Very cool arcade idea, the 3d pixel rendered vehicle (or however you got it to look like this) looks great.

The title explains whole game lore in one sentence, such naming gives surrealism art vibes.

But there's missing a little thing what most games have, it's some kind of score or time-survived tracking system. Arcade games implements it to spark some competition between players.

The game has high potential, I hope to see post-jam version.

Thanks, glad you liked it.

Idea about "slow progression" or "repetitiveness" reduction will be definitely considered for post-jam version!

That entertainment copyright string on thumbnail bottom really brings Gameboy vibes.

Cool graphics, good job on hitting #1

Glad you liked it!

could it be "River Raid" or "Montezumas Revenge"? I kind of got inspired by those.

I'll admit its's difficult to play-test the game fairly while having map layout memorized while creating it.

In old-school games there were usually 7-12 levels, with last ones being difficult. Because of how quick the time passes, we had to limit ourselves with 2 levels, and having the second as already the hardest.

Glad you liked it as it is!

Epic music.

Is there any chance that could be one of Atari games?

If not that strict time and school, y'know we were planning to make houses interactable and probably aliens themselves, so this would be stealth. Glad to hear you liked it as it is!

Not bad, but sometimes viruses spawn to close to the folder.

Unexpected things come, when you don't read the game description ;)

lack of GUI, something like score system... gets boring quick

As a developer, my high score 6130, beat me.
