How does your game match the theme?
The game takes place in space, you have limited space to move objects around, and your mission is to gather a motherboard containing information (computer space).

I love how freeform the block pushing mechanic is. Being able to grab and move sideways is something more games should implement. Nice puzzle design and presentation!
Normally i don't like puzzles but this was very fun. The idea of needing to puzzle to get more space is very fun!
I'm glad you like it. We worked hard on the puzzles. It was a privilege for me to work on the narrative design for this game. It was a lot of fun.
I found 8 of the runes and have 4 keys. Problem is when I go back to the rune placement room I seem to have lost all the runes so I cannot place them. I think it may have been after I hit the spikes? I collected more after I got hit, but still none of the runes showed up in the room to place. One other thing I did was to place what I thought were the first 3 runes in the top row of the six spaces. Maybe that caused an issue? So I'm stuck, I suppose I could start over but I want to rate more games.
There seems to be a room on the lower left that has not opened yet, maybe I missed something? I think I'm missing a rune for sure as I'm guessing there are 9 but I only found 8. It must have blended in a bit too much with the background or other tiles.
FWIW I really enjoyed the game, fun interesting puzzles, didn't care too much for the spikes as part of the game, but I can see you wanted to add some variety I suppose. Great sound, don't recall all the sounds if any as the music, while amazing, was a bit too loud. LOL Visuals were all great, it would make a fun GB game for sure, so definitely Gameboy Soul points there.
Oh and I couldn't tell that L did anything. Didn't seem faster, but then I am playing with the original uploaded version and not the newer one that was scaled up.
Ok, went back and found the 9th rune. Still can't place any as they're "gone" even though the UI says I have 9. :(
Hi there! We heard about this problem only once before you, when Runes were gone. Unfortunately, we can not track this problem and can not reproduce it on our hardware. Because its an WebGL build, there may be many factors. Runes reappear when you re enter the room a couple of times, but again, this problem appears on 1 out of 50 PC's and we can't understand what causes it.
Sorry for it, hope you could at least enjoy the idea and atmosphere of the game.
Yes, really enjoyed the game other than the bug. LOL
Great job!
I read through the log output but didn't see anything obvious as to why it broke. Even after getting new runes in that run it still didn't show any.
Can't figure out how to place my runes! But, great game! Very impressive how much content was able to be added in a short amount of time. Loved the art and the box puzzles really well done. I think some kind of feedback would be helpful when something is unlocked, I found that a bit confusing at first. The spikes were very punishing, I died a lot on the big level haha. Overall great work, I really enjoyed playing.
Thank you!
All the runes are shown on the walls on the levels. The right order is based on the opened rooms. Pen and paper may help :)
Spikes are useful to go back when you collected everything haha
I'm glad you liked it. As the narrative designer, I can personally say that it was a lot of fun working on this game.

Puzzle is not my strenght but I liked this one. The story was well modelated and the soundtrack really set the mood for it! The sound was a bit loud and I ended up discovering a bug but nothing that softlocked me. Great game!
Thanks, I'm glad you liked the story.
What a fun little adventure. Being able to move items from the side was very cool and helpful!
The spikes were a tad punishing... but then I realized I could use them to teleport back to the start of a room, so it balanced out.
The audio is a bit loud.
Great work!
Thank you!
Hahah, yes, you can use them to go back without loosing collected runes and keys :)
Problem with audio occured on the upload but there was no time to fix :(
Thanks for playing!
Great game with an unique atmosphere! I especially liked the soundtrack and graphic design. Good job :)
Thank you! We did our best these 10 days :) you can download the main menu song from the game page
Thanks, I think we did a fantastic job given the short time period.
I agree! :)
Aghh, I can't solve the final puzzle!!
Suffering aside, this is real gem. You managed to do so much and in a captivating way using so little. Amazing level design at work here!
I like the look and sound of it and the core idea is great but the puzzles weren't interesting enough - most of the time solution was pretty obvious. I did not get to the end though - died because of those spikes and it felt frustrating to replay the whole level because of it.
well, that was quite the idea of the spikes, to make you replay the level :)
Some people found the puzzle hard, this is a game jam, we wanted to make the game quite obvious and make you think and read at the same time. Thanks for playing and for the review!
I really dig the vibe of this game and the music slaps. The enlarged version was definitely easier to see, would definitely like to play more of this.
Thank you! Yeah, my friend did great job on music, go check him on Spotify btw as Mezhdunami
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Hard to understand what to do, but I managed to get past the movable box room.
The idea behind the game is to find all of the runes and put them in order in the main room. Keys unlock more rooms (a total of 4 rooms: Left, Upper Left, Upper Right, and Right). The hints about the rune order are on the walls in the game. This is told to you when you start the game, as well as in the 1st puzzle room with the boxes when the character sees the wall with 3 runes on it.
Hopefully, this helps you understand it better and have a better experience playing the game!

Void Stranger Fan here.
Nice game
Surprising amount of content! Put in a good like 20 minutes trying to figure it out XD super fun, love the look of the game, good puzzles!
well made puzzle game, well executed, i rate it highly
Thank you, that's really nice to hear!
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.
Really nice animation on the main character. The push/pull mechanic works very smoothly, and allows much more interesting puzzles than pushing alone. (It would have been more intuitive if you let go the object by letting go the button, but as it is, it works fine.) Cool puzzles and environments.
The floor tiles are too busy--I found it difficult to distinguish objects of interest, including the player character.
Some kind of audio cue would have been helpful when solving a puzzle/activating a switch.
The opening story is interesting, but it could have been told in a slightly more concise way, or perhaps broken up a little bit with gameplay.
Also, I found the viewport too small when the player has to scrutinize elements like specific runes on the walls. I would have appreciated a larger viewport (maybe 3x instead of 2x?) and/or the opportunity to play the game in fullscreen mode.
Hey! Thanks for the review!
We have an enlarged version now https://knightmagex.itch.io/envis-mind-enlarged
One of the rules was the native 160x144 or 2x upscale, not 4x, that's why the submitted version was small, it's basically correct, according to rules.. After that we got some comments about size, so we made a separate upload.
We really wanted to implement a lot of things in the game, so probably that is the result, that something is not as good as it could be.
Overall, thank you again!
PS. Hope you entered a secret room :)
I'm glad you found the story interesting. You're right in that it could have been more concise. I'll keep that in mind next time. Thanks for the feedback!
